This two-bedroom, two bath condo with an open-air lanai is perfect for evening entertainment and relaxation. Within the Sun City West adult retirement community you have access to seven public golf courses. With the purchase of a SCW recreation card, you have access to four recreation centers which offer swimming pools (indoor and out), softball, tennis, over 50 craft clubs including computer, stained glass, jazzercise and yoga, clay, woodshop, metal shop, photography, and even a Wii bowling league. This condo is lovely and updated. It is convenient and offers a lovely view of the pool and beach. I have stayed at many Pheonix Condos and this one ranks at the top of my list. The owners were very nice and most accomadating. I highly recomment them. Claire
