The home sits in the middle of a forest of oak trees and sycamores. What is unique is the sense of remoteness while only being 3 minutes from the upper and lower villages of Montecito and less than 5 minutes to Butterfly Beach and Hammonds (best beach in SB).
It is our second home and is one of the most special places in the world for our family. It is a great place to share with friends as well. It's in the middle of a beautiful oak grove and there's something about the house and location that just makes it perfect.
It's also a great place for kids to play outside, enjoy the hot tub and explore the creeks etc.

- Outdoor dining area with outdoor chandelier. The bottom line is when you're outside at this house, it is a magical experience. Truly incredible oak grove and overall setting. And extremely kid friendly with the dry creeks and surrounding areas for them to explore.
