This home was newly built in 2001, and has a cozy feel yet very light and a lot of windows to enjoy looking out over the town. One of the nice qualities of this home is that each bedroom is a suite, containing its own bathroom inside the bedroom area.
The main level has an open floor plan with a very nice natural stone gas fireplace and breakfast bar. In the event you do have a vehicle, the home has a two car (double deep) garage to keep the snow off.

Year Purchased: 2001
Park City living was something that attracted us to the area. Although we never lived in this home we have lived in Park City and love the area. The relaxing environment and the beautiful surroundings make it a wonderful place in both the winter and summer. Come enjoy the lifestyle, who knows, you may never leave. (like many others)
Why the Owner Chose Old Town Chalet
The Historic Old Town area of Park City is an area that has very limited homes and is such a fabulous location that we knew we would enjoy this location many times over the years.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
This location is wonderful. If you have some energy, you won't even need a car! Park City has free bus transportation to the surrounding areas and the three area ski resorts, so you don't even need a car! This home allows you to access the Park City Ski area by walking out the front door turning right, going up the street 3 homes, then right up the steps (it's a good morning warmup) then turn right and access the ski run! you then ski down to the town lift and buy your pass & on your way. At the end of the day you ski home on "Quit'en time" and exit the run where you entered in the am, then reverse your steps back home. You are also very close to Main Street, you go out the front door and can go either way, when you run into the steps, just take them down to Main Street and have a wonderful time!
