This professionally decorated 2 BR condo is located near the Hwy 101 and Scottsdale Road in a gated community in North Scottsdale. Convenient access to the freeways make travel to all your favorite activities easy. This a ground level condo (no steps)located just off the main pool. Reserved covered parking nearby.
Gorgeous master BR is complete with a King bed with a feather pillow top mattress and a 32" LCD flat screen television. The extra BR has 2 twin beds and a 32" LCD television. The sofa can be converted into a Queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with granite counter tops.
This 1,200 sq foot unit was completely remodeled in 2005. Brand new furniture was purchased in 2009. Accommodations include dining room table and breakfast bar.
Stainless steel appliances, recessed kitchen lighting and granite counter tops. The living room has a 40" LCD television with a DVD player. High speed Wi-Fi internet access is available in the unit. Listen to the waterfalls from the main pool as you relax on the covered patio.

Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
We chose North Scottsdale because it was only 30 miles from the airport with all the stores, restaurants, golf courses we came to love. Scottsdale is the home of the some of the best activities in the Phoenix area. Grayhawk boasts one of Golf Magazines "Top 100 Golf Courses You Can Play" in Arizona. There were over 35 golf courses within 10 miles. Grayhawk has its own dog park and over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails. We have been enjoying Arizona for over 20 years, our favorite vacations happened in Arizona.

This unit is 2 minutes from DC Ranch Market Street and 10 minutes from Kierland Commons, one of the most popular shopping centers in North Scottsdale. It is walking distance to several grocery stores.

My wife and I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Scottsdale, Arizona has been our escape from the cold Nebraska winters for the past 20 years. We would golf, hike, shop at extraordinary stores and dine at incredible restaurants. Within a week after our twin sons left for college we purchased this beautiful condo in North Scottsdale.

We rented the condo for the entire month of December 2011 and found it to be everything it was advertised to be. It was fully stocked with all items needed, especialy in a long term rental. The furnishings were modern, attractive and comfortable. We couldn't have found a better location for all the activities we enjoy. The community is gated and has a number of ammenities that make it appealing. We found the great room to be welcoming and stopped there everyday for our morning coffee before heading out to explore the area. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions or considerations that we conveyed. There is a grocery and restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed as well. We would certainly recommend this property to others and would stay here again if we had the opportunity. It was a great way to spend the holidays!

We enjoyed our winter in Scottsdale at this very comfortable, spacious condo which had very nice amenities including a wonderful "clubhouse / large pool". Situated close to several outdoor dining restaurants, a upscale grocery store and near Cave Creek and Carefree as well as main Scottsdale. The condo layout was perfect for visitors with two bedrooms and baths.

We just spent five weeks in this lovely condo. We found it very appealing, very clean and furnishings well thought out. You are just a short distance to the Club House which provides coffee and a paper every day, which is the way we started our day. A very short distance to a well equipt workout building. It is a nice walk to a shopping mall , maybe for breakfast, boutique shopping or groceries. Owners of this unit are most cooperative in guiding first time renters. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recomment this unit.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
