Comfortable: Beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean this lovely home features a variety of amenities including central air, washer and dryer and open deck. When you enter from the deck you come into an high ceiling elegant living room along with a dining space and kitchen area. A hallway takes you to two bedrooms and one bathroom. The two rooms on this floor have a queen and double bed respectively. The stairs from the living room go up to french doors leading to a large bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. You have beautiful views of the water from this room. The washer dryer is located on the main floor in the hallway.
Great Location and Access: You'll have great access to all amenities! 12-miles north of Rehoboth for outlet shopping and dining! One mile away from Primehook National Wildlife Refuge and Wild Bird Sanctuary... stopover for thousands of migratory birdlife. Walking distance to delicious homemade donuts and more at general store and just about 5 minutes from Milton, a small town with all the amenities of modern living.
