Park Forest- continently located and well appointed 1890 square foot 3 BR/3 BA townhouse. This wonderful townhouse is located a mile from downtown and from the base of peak 8, this property is close to it all. IT is also located on the free shuttle route making it very easy to hop on and take a 1 minute ride to the ski area, no need for a car.

Inside the home lies a very functional floor plan with three levels and 2 living rooms, a master suite upstairs, two large bedrooms downstairs, a nicely updated kitchen, with an open dining area. The second living room has comfy furniture and a fireplace for a relaxing evening.

The property also has a large deck equipped with a hot tub and grill for outdoor après-ski enjoyment, a 2 car garage, and beautiful views of national forest.

Cleaning fee is $100. Clean fee waived on 5 or more night stay.

                    Nice place to stay. After hours check in process is too complicated. They should just give renter combo to lock at townhome. Manager Response: THanks for the feedback, After hours checkin is a courtesy for our guests and we make it available to anyone who needs it. It is required to come to the office and pick up the guest package prior to going to the property because the guest package contains directions to the property and directions for the property. We do e-mail this as well, but some people do not get it prior to their stay.                   About the owner: I purchased this large Park Forest townhome in 2011 as an escape for my Oklahoma home. Breckenridge is my real home, I just don't get the live there year around!
