Look no more you have found the perfect vacation rental! Come visit the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL and get away from the crowded beaches of Florida. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has ceiling fans throughout, a 55" flat screen in the den which has a dvd/vcr, 42" flat screens in 2 bedrooms and a 36" flat screen in the other bedroom. There are new appliances including an over the stove microwave, glass top range, a side by side refrigerator and brand new High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. Our spacious condo has a great view of the gulf from its rear balcony and a view of the tennis courts from the master bedroom balcony.
There’s a king size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the den so 8 people could comfortably stay here. The condo is an end unit so each bedroom has a window to let in natural light. The condo also has new paint, new floors and carpeting, new living and dining room furniture, a new air conditioning unit and new décor.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet and all of the closets are very spacious. The kitchen has a large bar with 4 comfortable bar stools.
The Phoenix I also has great amenities including tennis courts, racquetball courts, 2 saunas, a work out facility, 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a large pool with waterfall and several barbeque grills near a nice gazebo.

Why the Owner Chose Phoenix 1We have loved Orange Beach for years as a vacation spot and have visited too many times to remember. This unit was larger than any others we visited and although it was a fixer-upper, we enjoyed every minute of being there and working on it.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe enjoy the fabulous 5th floor view of the beach from the beach side balcony and the view from the master bedroom balcony. We enjoy going out to eat, playing mini golf, riding go carts and renting boats to visit the small islands in the bay.

Traci and I have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Alabama area for over 15 years to soak up the sun and enjoy the surf, sand and food. Each time we went we fantasized about having our own place to stay down here. Well we finally found just the right place at just the right price and we took the plunge! We have had a blast, painting, fixing up and furnishing this great condo and look forward to spending time here as well as making new friends through VRBO.

We rented this condo for six weeks and enjoyed every day. The condo is very well decorated, has all new appliances and was very comfortable. We had friends and relatives stay with us at different times and they all enjoyed the comfort provided by good furniture and a warm welcoming atmosphere from the foyer to the balcony. Just wish we'd discovered this place a long time ago instead of spending many winters in poorly kept and under supplied condos. We especially enjoyed the new high efficiency washer and dryer. We were far enough from the elevators so we didn't get any noise from it. The dishes and flatware were plentiful and of good quality. The owner was easy to deal with and made us feel welcome.

Beings that this was our 1st family vacation to the beach, this condo exceeded our expectations! Unfortanetely there was a tropical storm while we were there so we spend much of our time in the condo and could not have asked for it to be any better. Our 2 year old daughter had the best time playing hide & seek, lots of hiding places. :) The owner was fantastic to work with and so accomodating. When we return to Orange Beach we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Of all the places we have stayed, this was our favorite. The convenience and space was perfect for our family. It was big enough for our family of 6 to spread out. We thought it was the perfect height as well, not too high or low. We will definitely be back to stay here! Thanks, Doug and Traci

We had a great time in Orange Beach and the weather was perfect! This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it's our new favorite. The condo was more spacious than expected and the pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and stylish with nice new furniture/appliances and beautiful views of the beach from the large balcony. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings to have coffee/breakfast and at night to see the moon over the water. The condo was equipped with everything you would need to live there for the week, including a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and extra blankets, etc. As for the Phoenix I, we weren't sure what to expect given it's an older building. We were so pleasantly surprised. The pool was nice and never too crowded and the kids enjoyed the workout room and hot tub too. We grilled out by the gazebo one night and had a great time! We even got engaged on the beach right in front of the condo! What a memorable trip! Also, the area is very family-friendly. We went deep sea fishing and parasailing. The sand is white like sugar and the water is fairly calm...just watch out for jellyfish! Overall, I just cannot say enough good things about the condo and Orange Beach. We highly recommend this condo and definitely plan to go back! Thanks, Doug and Traci!

We had a week in timeshare in the area, so we gave our 4 kids and their spouse/friends a week in Orange Beach for Christmas last year. What a wonderful time we had staying in your beautiful condo. Poolside BBQ's, perfect weather, gorgeous view of the gulf. Even with a 3 yr. and 5 wk. old along (Playpen under an umbrella on the beach and he was right at home). Everyone was so helpful and accomodating Nothing could have made our vacation any better. It was everything you promised and more. We will definitely look for the opportunity to return.

We had a great relaxing getaway here! The condo was very nice and super clean. We loved the easy access to the beach and great view from the balcony. The Lees were very easy to work with, and I would definitely rent from them again!! I strongly recommend this condo!

Our trip to Orange Beach was Great. The condo was very spacious, and after a full week I wish I was staying another...Location was great, pool was nice, and the beach was fabulous!
