Even before you step inside the front door, you will be pleased by the location of Orilla del Mar. It sits beachfront on one of the nicest stretches of beach in Playa, with creamy white sand lapped by azure blue Caribbean waters. Just steps from the water the house looks directly towards Cozumel with a "big sky" view of the Caribbean and just a short walk from the picturesque town of Playa del Carmen. And yes, you do have a lovely wide stretch of sandy beach right next to the house that seems like it's just for you!
The lovely and charming town of Playa and the famous pedestrian walkway Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) with its wide variety of shopping, restaurants, spas and nightclubs is just a short five minute walk from Orilla del Mar.
