From the top floor that includes 3 bedrooms - 2 with queens, 1 with set of twin beds; main floor with kitchen, dining, living room and master-suite; 3rd floor has an additional family room area - great for the kids for games or family movie time on the big screen TV - also has a smaller private single bed bedroom with private bath; 4th floor bunkroom/game room - complete with a set of bunkbeds, pool table and bathroom.
Total of 3 decks! Two separate large decks (access from 2nd floor living room or 3rd floor family room) with plenty of comfortable furniture to accomodate a group on either one. So whether you're looking for relaxing in the sunshine or sneaking a nap on a shady hammock or both, you're all set. Both decks include a view of the lake too. Plus, larger guest suite on the top floor has its own private balcony.
Stroll down the private garden path to the only white sandy beach on the lake! This semi-private sandy beach is exclusively for the use of the 4 adjacent homes. From the beach is access to the private dock for fishing, swimming or kayaking.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the warm weather on the lake! Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, therefore boating traffic is minimum. Our dock is just steps away from the water, and includes the use of our kayaks. During the winter months, you're just 20 minutes from the slopes!

Our family has enjoyed all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer for years. Our kids' schedules are now prohibiting us from getting up to the lake as often as we used to or as much as we would like. We have decided that other special families need to share in what we've enjoyed for years.
