Spacious condo recently refurnished with a new 42' LCD TV, New sofa, dining chairs & ipod stereo dock. Each bedroom with a king size bed and a queen sofa bed, sleeping a total of 6 people comfortably! Located on the beautiful Playacar Spa and Country Club in the private gated community of Pakal. This condo is walking distance (700 meters) to the famous 5th Avenue and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. We offer maid service once a week, cable TV, WiFi Internet and a washer/dryer. Taxi service is available in front of the condo, so town is easily accessible. Our property manager can assist you with taxi / transportation services.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a gas stove, fridge, microwave, and everything you need to cook your favorite meal! The dining area has seating for 6 people and the living area is complete with a new suede sofa and two oversized suede chairs! Relax in our newly furnished living area after a nice long day in the sun.
Additional Services: Located in a gated, private community that is surrounded by beautiful trees and foliage this condo is not only beautiful but truly relaxing. Next door you will find the most exquisite Spa in the area to make your vacation complete and relaxing. The Spa services available are facials, massages, hydrotherapies, beauty salon, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, restaurant and much more. If you decide to enjoy in the tranquility that this Spa has to offer fees are applicable. If you would like to make a reservation our property manager would be happy to assist you.
The golf course and bird aviary are within walking distance not to mention the crystal blue Caribbean ocean!
For an additional fee and upon request and availability only, we can offer you our fabulous in-house cook, private taxi & shuttle van services, excursions/tours, in-house masseuse and airport transportation (one way or roundtrip). If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have your fridge stocked upon arrival!
PLAYACAR SPA AND GOLF CLUB : Carved out of the dense Mayan Jungle, the Robert Von Hagge designed 18-hole championship golf course is located among the lush foliage of the Yucatan Peninsula, only a few hundred yards away from the crystal-clear, turquoise ocean, and the fine white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. This is a magnificent golf course; par 72 with a distance of 7,144 yards is considered the most challenging course in the region.

We recently returned from out three week stay at this beautiful condo and we couldn't have picked a better spot for our vacation. The condo had a great layout, very open and roomy with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It was tastefully decorated and had very comfortable beds and furniture, was well maintained and clean with excellent weekly maid service. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooftop patio was wonderful. We enjoyed spending time there in the evenings and it was great having the small charcoal barbeque to grill on. The condo grounds were breathtaking and well maintained and we enjoyed the lovely pool. The Pakal are is very quiet and safe and just a 10 to 15 minute walk to town or the beach. The management staff, Erin and Dante were great to deal with and offered helpful information. We look foward to staying at this condo again in the future..Did you find this review helpful? I went down for a few days with my husband and we had a lovely time i did not want to leave when it was time to go. The place was very clean and their was a maid that came in and cleaned as well. I felt so at home and comfortble there. The people that i met down there were so nice and friendly. My husband had to be back to work, but i did not have to go back yet, so I had a couple of girl friends who mentioned they would like to come down so i facebooked them and they looked up a flight and were able to make a last minute get-away, landing in Cozumel, which made it really easy to meet them. We had so much fun we went out every night, I dove at Geo Fish Dive in Playa, even saw a shark! Cooked in the condo, and relaxed during the day after venturing out on the town in the evening! Unfortunately time went by way too fast and i can hardly wait to go back! I will definitely use this place again. Thank you Erin for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. You are the best!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This Beautiful Condo has it all: A Modern fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry, 2 Large Screen Satelite TVs with strong Wifi, plus All the modern furniture and extras that makes this Condo feal just like a brand new Home. Their Pool is well maintained and very clean, and has been recently retiled as well. There is large rooftop sundeck with a grill and outdoor furniture which also has a great view as well. The manager also provided a Mexican cell phone precharged with enough minutes to get a good start on any vacation planning. They are highly trustworthy and responded to all communications in a timely manner. Your reservation will be secure and there is no need to worry about trusting your vacation plans with Erin!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nous avons passé la semaine de Noël dans ce condo, avec nos 3 enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lieux, suffisamment spacieux et bien équipés, les couchages très confortables, les salles d'eau agréables, et la tranquillité des lieux ! Pendant une semaine, nous avons profité de la piscine sans jamais y croiser personne ! Les gérants sont très serviables et sympathique. Le condo est à une distance raisonnable de la ville et des plages (15/20 minutes à pied) mais on peut également prendre un taxi très facilement ! Pour les personnes avec enfant ou à mobilité réduite : il faut monter 2 étages. Playa nous a beaucoup plu également. Le seul petit bémol, c'est la terrasse sur le toit ...Sur les photos, elle nous semblait idyllique, mais lorsque nous y étions, elle n'était pas tout à fait aménagée comme présentée, et pas directement accessible depuis notre logement, contrairement à ce que nous avions imaginé, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.Did you find this review helpful?
