Why the Owner Chose Sun City Center
My wife and I have always enjoyed our Florida vacations. We have been everywhere on the Atlantic and Gulf side. We must confess that we have not been to the Florida Keys. We have found that the Gulf Coast, particularly Just South of Tampa in the South Shore area suits us best. It is so close to everything. If you love golf, we have 9 courses in our planned 55+ adult community. There are activities and clubs for any interest you might have. The finest beaches in the world are nearby. Fishing is outstanding and you can be on a boat in 20 minutes. Some people think of Paradise lost. We have found it and would love to share it with you.
