The property sits 150 feet back off the road and is lined with trees for privacy. Lots of space for pets to run ... however I recommend the dog run if your pets won't stay on property.
The main house has very tall ceilings and mostly stone floors. Very old world and charming. The theatre room is great for movies, playing games or sleeping extra guests. The office is where I primarily use the computer however the house has Wi-Fi.
In the master bedroom you'll enjoy a huge 60 inch flat screen at the foot of the bed. The patio out the back of the house has lots of seating. I probably cook out four nights a week.
The guest house is newly painted, carpeted and furnished western style. Also has cable/ flat screen. The guest house and main house may be rented separately.

Why the Owner Chose Sandy
We didn't plan on making this property a vacation rental. It's just that it is more home than we need and we spend much of our time away. The property is beautiful and we had custom built the home expecting it to be our last. The location is close to the mountains and my private golf club is just a few blocks away.
The Unique Benefits at this Home with Guest House
Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons are less than seven minutes away. It takes about 30 minutes to reach either canyons ski resorts. If you enjoy golfing Willow Creek Country Club is about two minutes away. Often I can make arrangements for my guests to enjoy the golf course. There is a park I walk my dog to each night as well. If you don't mind driving - Park City is about 35 minutes. Downtown is approx. 20 minutes.
20 minutes to Brighton and Solitude ski resorts. Great for hiking or snowmobiling at Guardsman Pass

My wife Panna and I now split our time between California and Utah. I'm an avid golfer while my wife enjoys hiking. Since our two kids are now grown up we only have one more baby to raise. An 11 month Golden Retriever named Bogey. We both still work in the jewelry industry and travel abroad frequently.
