My family spent the perfect winter vacation - 25 minutes from our home! This house had everything - my boys snowboarded, built snow caves, went sledding, and watched movies at night in front of a fire. The beds are comfortable - the rooms beautiful and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook fabulous meals. We look forward to booking this cabin for many years to come!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family has spent time at this cabin both in the winter and the summer. Both seasons are great! The winter months provide a spot to call home while spending you day skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing or sledding. The summer months are also are great. There are excellent mountain biking and hiking trails all around you. The best part is when you get home from whatever you did that day, there is a very nice hot tub on the deck to soak your bones and enjoy a beverage. The cabin is very spacious and great for families or groups. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We always have such a fun time at this place! It has plenty of room and it really makes you feel like your miles away from every day life. It is a great place to make lasting memories with friends and family. It is easy to get to and has great access to the mountain and nearby attractions. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful mountain lodge. Beautiful place, very well kept, great floor plan with lots of room and walking distance to the lifts. Had a group of 10 and could have brought a few more no problem. The hot tub was absolutely perfect! The process was short and sweet and the owner was great to deal with. My wife and I recently spent a wonderful weekend in this house with another couple. We visited in the winter to ski and enjoy the mountains, but we're hoping to visit again during the summer, as there are a bunch of amazing hikes in the area. The location was great! It was an easy walk to either Summit West or Summit Central, and an extremely short drive to the other ski areas. There are a few fun bars (I believe one was called the Timberwolf) and restaurants within walking distance, and both that we visited were lively and fun. There were only four of us for this trip, but the house could have slept 8 or more comfortably. The main living floor has a great kitchen (marble, new appliances) and a large deck with a hot tub and a view of the trees and mountains. The upstairs bedrooms have big arched ceilings that lend a nice mountain lodge feeling to the place. The house, including the hot tub, were very clean when we arrived. We would definitely recommend a visit!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This house has lots of space Which is great if you are bringing kids or a large group. House is updated and looks nice. Just a few issues with this rental. Kids were disappointed they were not able to play video games (controllers and games were nowhere to be found). Not all the burners on the stove were working, not enough utensils for more than 8 people, bedding was very old, ripped and needs to be replaced , and check-in time was 4pm but when we arrived and 4:45pm the house cleaning crew was still there (it smelled like they had cleaned but the floors were pretty dirty). Overall, we would rent here again in hopes that there were a few changes made.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for the review! We have replaced all of the bedding, bought new mattresses, utensils and many of the other features of the house. We apologize for the cleaning crew situation. It has been noted and our cleaning operations have been improved to add contingency between reservations that leaven and arrive on the same day. We always appreciate the valuable feedback to help make our rental the best experience for our renters.

Vacation Rental Contract The house, is located at 141 Kearny Dr, Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068 Phone 206-794-3886 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. PST. Early Check-ins can be arranged if reasonable and available. 2. This is a NON SMOKING house. 3. Pets are permitted in rental houses only with prior approval. $50 per pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for clean up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The house owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. 4. DAMAGE – We keep your damage deposit until after we have inspected the house. If we find any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is needed, you will be charged the amount that it costs to fix, replace or clean. The following criteria is followed when inspecting the house: a. No damage is done to house or its contents. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers in the garage, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in the lock box and house is left locked. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check out unless otherwise arranged ahead of time. 5. PAYMENT –Payment is due upon reservation of the house. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment, but if you would like to pay by check or cash, please contact us directly at info@snoqualmievacationrental.com, call 206.794.3886 or 206.391.4930 6. CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Weather, road conditions, pass closures do not warrant refund. You must be prepared for winter driving conditions, have four wheel drive (in winter months), chains (recommended) and any other necessary equipment for snow, ice and other adverse driving conditions when coming to the mountains where the house resides. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to twelve (16) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY; and may vary during holiday seasons. 8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the houses. 11. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. PARKING – Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles. (1) vehicle in the garage and (2) in the driveway. Additional parking is allowed in the overflow lot, located in one the west side of the Summit Central Parking log. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 15. FIREPLACES: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are turned off from April 15-September 15; they are not operational during this time of the year. DO NOT run fireplace non-stop. Keep the fireplace operation limited to 1 hour at a time. 16. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms or road closures. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained, however we do not refund due to road conditions. 17. There are snow shovels in the garage should snow build up during your stay. The home owner association plows regularly, but if their efforts do not meet your needs, please feel free to move snow at your leisure. 18. absolutely NO fires in the yard. 19. Do not leave any food anywhere in the house including the refrigerator or freezer at the time you check out. 21. Do not track snow in the house. This allows unnecessary amounts of water to contact the floor resulting in damage to the floors, and permanent odors. Please leave dirty or wet boots in the garage, along with any clothing that must drip dry. There is a storage closet in the garage available for hanging these garments. I hereby give permission to charge my credit card for the amounts above. I agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. It is really great to get away from the city life and relax up at the house. A weekend with friends in the winter is one of the most fun things to do when it is raining in Seattle. Or, a weekend away with my girlfriend/wife during the spring or summer is a perfect way to get out of town without leaving the state.
