If you are looking for a beautiful upscale place to stay in Hatteras, THIS IS IT!!!
My husband and I found Slash Creek while vacationing in Hatteras. We were immediately taken with the manicured grounds , the pool,outdoor showers at each building and the 24' boat slip.
We purchased the model with all the furnishings. From the teal leather sofa to the original artwork, our place is awesome!
From our balcony we can see the most beautiful sunsets. Its truly amazing.
The master bedroom has a huge window seat that looks out to the sound, which is very peaceful. There is a patio door that goes from the master bedroom out to the private balcony.
The second bedroom has a pyramid bed (double down, twin up)and private bath.
My husband loves the boat slip with electric and water, which is really nice so you can wash your boat after a great day of fishing. There is an overflow boat docking which is great for your canoes or kayaks. Down by the docks there are plenty of Nags Head hammocks for swinging ,a fish cleaning station and a great place to do a little crabbing.
The community pool has plenty of lounging furniture, and restrooms. Each building has 3 outdoor showers.
Great fun at the dock casting a line or crabbing. The beautiful egrets, crains, and herons are really a sight to see.
This is truly a hidden gem in Hatteras village.

Why the Owner Chose Hatteras Village
We purchased our Slash Creek condo this month (August 2009) from the developer. Actually it's his model, so I must say it's really decked out. We purchased in Slash Creek because we have another place in Hatteras that is much smaller and we were looking for something that had more room, a boat dock, pool, elevators, and we found it .Slash Creek! WE are so close to the beach,the shops and eateries that a bike is a great means of transportation.
This is a perfect location with plenty of ammenities!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We think our condo has the best of everything. 2 large bedrooms , both with private baths. There is a half bath, so if you have company they don't use your bathroom. The elevators are great for carrying all the groceries, and making move-in day a lot more bearable. The washer and dryer are full size. There is a large deck that has 2 sliding doors, one from the living area and the other is off the master bedroom. During the warmer months its great to go for a dip in the pool. The clubhouse has restrooms, and there is a lot of pool furniture to do some sunbathing. My husband loves the boat dock, and kids seem to like it for the crabbing. There are 3 outdoor grills, 3 outdoor showers, and hammocks close by to relax on.Plus some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.
There are several beach excess places all with in a 2-3 minute drive. Some of the ramps allow off road driving.So bring your 4x4 and check it out.Or bike to the beach and save the gas.

My husband (Kelly) and our daughter (Hunter) and I (Terri) have been Hatteras Island lovers for many years. We love to fish, go out boating, shell hunting or just sit with a book and watch the beautiful sunsets over slash creek. We hope you will enjoy our place as much as we do.
We have board games, CDS, DVDS, and a stereo (with IPOD docking station), free WiFi so you and your family will have an excellent vacation. There are so many things to do in Hatteras so please sign our guest book and let us know about your adventures .

We stayed at this lovely condo during the last week of October, 2011. We've been to Hatteras many times over the years and consider "Tied Together" one of the nicest places we've stayed. The condo is so beautiful, so comfortable and so well equipped. We really enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the deck, taking in sunrises, sunsets and watching the egrets and herons along the waterway . Simply fantastic accommodations! Thanks so much. We'll be back.

We just got back from staying at this Condo. WOW what a wonderful place. Its has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen is well equiped, if you forgot your sheets/towels they have them there too. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool is a real plus. The pool area was super clean too and we loved it after being out on the beach for the biggest part of the day. Terri and Kelly answered all our questions. We have stayed in lots of places in Avon but found that Hatteras Village/Slash Creek a great place to stay. The pictures are current on this site which is not always the case when renting other places. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return again for another relaxing vacation at this location. Thank you so much!!!
