Feel like you’re at the beach even before you hit the sand. As soon as you open the door you will lose yourself to the beach atmosphere with the relaxing colors and beautiful décor. You will never want to leave once you lay back in the zero gravity chairs on the private balcony with incredible views and the sound of crashing waves. From the 17th floor private balcony you will see dolphins playing and schools of fish swimming.
Our Two-bedroom suite, with bunkroom (sleeps 6-8),has been newly painted and decorated to capture a beach life atmosphere. We have a fully equipped kitchen and all of the modern conveniences that will make your stay enjoyable.
Guests of our Seawind condo will also enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, workout facilities that overlook the Gulf, and even a kiddie pool play area.
You will find a variety of water sports available such as parasailing and jet skis just next door. You will be within walking distance to variety shops and restaurants or a short drive away from Waterville, Outlet mall shopping, challenging golf courses, go-karts, mini golf, or the zoo. Don't miss The Wharf for unique shops, seeing a movie or watching a concert at the amphitheater.
Seawind Condominiums are located right on the beautiful beach in Gulf Shores about one half mile east of Hwy 59. The location is central to outstanding dining and fun activities.

Why the Owner Chose Seawind
We have been coming to the Gulf Coast for years, for big family get together's and intimate get-aways. All of the kids love coming here for the sea, sand and surf and when they get a little tired of that there are plenty of activities in the area to keep them occupied (go-karts, mini golf, water park. When the ladies find time for their usual trip to the outlet malls its time for the guys to hit the golf courses in the area. We decided with our son and his wife to invest in our future and commit to a permanent home away from home to last us for years to enjoy with the kids and grandkids.

I took my teenage daughter and a friend, and we all had a great time! The condo was wonderful. They had their personal space and I had mine. We loved watching the dolphins in the mornings, and the location was great. The girls enjoyed walking down to The Hangout at night and the tourist shops & restaurants. We were there for July 4 and the fireworks were great!

We loved this unit. It was beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was breath taking. It is also very conviently located in the heart of Gulf Shores. The facilty also has several ammenties which are great! Check it out you won't regret it!! The beaches and the ocean were beautiful and perfect also. Thanks for allowing us to stay here. We had a blast and made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime!!!!

My family really enjoyed staying at the Seawind. This property is exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated, lots of room, great kitchen. The kiddie pool was the big selling feature for us, with a 2 and a 5 year old, it was PERFECT!! The only complaint I have is the regular sized pool was extremely small, and neither the kids pool or regular pool have any lounge chairs, nor the room to put them. For those with little bitty kids, laying down is not something you get to do a lot of anyway so it wasn't a big deal for us but I would have been disappointed if I had bigger kids and some time to lounge and keep an eye on them in the pool. There are lounge chairs outside the pool fences but I like to be a little closer to be able to jump in after the kids if I need to. Also the pool areas seemed to be shaded by the high rise building for a large portion of the day. The beach at Gulf Shores was beautiful, as ever. I have long been a visitor to GS, and was happy to bring my young family there for the first time to make memories like the ones I have growing up as a kid. I would recommend this place to anyone with small kids.

We really enjoyed staying in your condo April 13th thru April 16th, 2011. This spacious 3 bedroom condo is perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and definitely look forward to returning next year.

We loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We loved the view from the balcony and the kids enjoyed their tv and dvd player in their bedroom. It was beautiful weather most days. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach, taking beach walks, ate at some great restaurants (Live Bait, Wharf, Sea N Suds, The Hangout). We spent a day at Waterville having a blast! We explored all the beach gift shops and practically every mini golf course. It was nice sitting on the balcony sipping morning coffee in the zero gravity chairs, listening to the waves, spending time with my amazing family!

The weather has been really nice for our stay! We loved shopping, relaxing, and walking on the beach! We drove around and looked at all the new condos and went to the Wharf. The Wharf was awesome! The beach takes me away from all my problems. Staying at this "beachy condo" was absolutely fabulous! We loved it!

Wow! This Condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed plus extras to make it more enjoyable. We did see dolphins from our perfect view. One night we left at 7 pm to eat at Sea and Suds next and had our food served and paid for by 8 pm. We could walk to so many popular places. The complex is top of the line. I enjoyed looking at the stars and beach from the cool zero gravity chairs. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. The guest room and bathrooms were roomy. Definitely I would stay here again.
