A college professor, councilman, and rotary president, I decided to establish a wellness home in the most affluent neighborhood in the ranked #1 community in America (2009). My mission is to help everybody achieve a low risk health profile that can prevent almost all chronic degenerative diseases and keep them enjoying a very long and active and meaningful lifestyle
Why the Owner Chose Ventana Canyon
While staying at Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort, I discovered the Ventana Canyon View Condominiums located in the most beautiful area in Tucson, secluded, quiet, "Stress free". The purchase was made after 10 minutes of discussion and tour in 2002. I stay here 3-5 times per year to ameliorate the effects of a high energy New York City lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
For me, the unique benefits that I enjoy are the private pools, hot tubs, and the scenic mountains that surround Tucson and the comfortable climate all year round. Also special is the interesting desert hiking on the many trails in Sabino and Ventana canyons and the easy lifestyle and great restaurants nearby. For others it is the magnificent professional golf courses next door and the casinos 20 -25 minutes away.
