Why the Owner Chose Kings Beach
The house abuts US Forest Service land, an area of about 16 square miles of peace and tranquility. I love waking to the sounds of nature and I enjoy hiking the extensive nearby trail system. Even though the house is in a beautiful, unspoiled area, it is still not far from shopping and recreation areas.

I enjoy summers at Tahoe and watching the magnificent night sky. Hiking is wonderful, too; there are miles of trails not far from the house which lead to secluded, tranquil areas with unrivaled views.
