Enormous great room, patio away from the breeze, front deck/patio with amazing views of offshore keys and other islands. Key lime, frangipani, mahogany, aloe, agave, African tulip tree, bougainvilla, palms of four varieties, all make this a beautiful property to spend time. Extremely close to the beach. The biggest decision you will make is which beach to spend your day: there are many to choose from. Ten sliding doors make this an "open" home to allow for the wonderful trade winds to circulate through the house.

Year Purchased: 2002
We're from Massachusetts. She's a nurse and I am a seafood guy. We built this home after spending many vacations in the Caribbean. This island is the most laid back non touristy place we have ever visited. Only 2000 people reside here which was one of the big reasons we built on Culebra. Culebra is considered what St. John's was 25 years ago. We'll help with any information needed.
