The condo is 1372 square feet including lanai's.We are within minutes to the Shops At Wailea which has premier shops as well as restaurants. There are 5 white sand beaches minutes away as well. Our condo has everything you need and a relaxing lanai with a pool view. Everything is brand new in the condo and surely will not disappoint. We also provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler for your enjoyment. We are also within walking distance to the South Maui Coastel Walking Trail which provides access to the islands magnificent southern shoreline as well as gorgeous resort properties. We had a great time at this condo. Location and accomodations are wonderful, quite, clean. Use of boggie boards and other beach items very handy. So many great beaches in Wailea area that are great for families with kids. Hope we can come again !!!!!

We just spent 8 great nights here in Wailea. This nicely updated unit felt like new, was very clean and very well stocked including the much appreciated beach gear. The Grand Champions Villas are a short walk to the Shops at Wailea and the Marriott Resort. The close proximity to the Marriott yielded many walks on the Wailea/Makena beach path and spectacular sunsets. While Maui has so much to offer, we were kept very busy, so close to the unit with great beaches, snorkeling spots and kayaking trips. Throughout the booking process, the owner was very helpful and responsive. We will absolutely consider renting this unit again when we plan a return trip to Maui.

Thank you for a wonderful seven weeks! For the money, there is no better place to stay on Maui then at the Grand Champions. Debbie Miller's condo is in beautiful condition and is very tastefully decorated. We also loved our proximity to the pool and barbeques. We plan to return as soon as we can! Great, clean, good location, beautiful grounds. Loved the place, it felt like home away from home. Fully stocked with everything you need. The rooms are located at separate ends which is great. Would definitely stay there agin, but would bring my own pillow.

We want to thank you so much for the use of your condo in Maui. We loved the decor and it was so well equipped right down to beach mats and umbrella. We had vistors with small children. You were so right in saying that your unit is very child friendly .Weather was super though the locals thought 70 degrees was a little cold. Our daughter and two little ones hated to leave but will have to look ahead at the coming year to see when we can plan to come again!

We stayed at this Condo for 11 days....beautiful quiet condo complex with all the amenities. Walking distance to an small exclusive shopping mall and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The condo is completely upgraded with tile, granite, and new appliances. I was traveling with my Brother for a wedding and just loved the split bedroom floor plan with room between the suites for extra privacy. The patio overlooks a lush thick landscape so you feel you have added privacy. The owner had all the extras that make your stay easy without having to run to the store for every little thing and all the supplies for going to the beach. All we needed was our food to cook when we wanted to stay in. A welcome note with coffee and chocolate was a very thoughtful touch. Spotless clean with hugh King beds. If your looking for a quiet serene location and do not want the feel of a hotel...this is a really great place. If you love to walk....your not far from wonderful walking paths that go for miles. For some reason this side of the island of Maui had beautiful sunshine every single day where as the other side of the island rained everyday. There is a wonderful beach (Makena)with surf and soft sand about a 10 or so minute drive away...absolutely beautiful....Be sure to listen to the birds roosting in the trees at the entrance of the complex....they have a symphony every morning and evening. The only negative is it is not located on the water but then again the price reflects that and I enjoyed the savings since things are not cheap in Hawaii. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
