Situated on the 3.5th kilometer on the Kukulcán Boulevard this villa is in a strategic spot: It can be reached by car or by boat, due to its deck facilities. It neighbors 12 other villas with very friendly people. It has a very big garden and a big pool where families can spend the day or refresh after a long day of touristing. The gazebo on the canal is ideal to open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset or get a home delivered massage.
Groceries are just a block away and so is the bus stop, the steakhouse and the marina, where one can book tours and trips to see the beautiful natural spots. For the night-time, buses run continuously and security personnel are on duty 24/7. The housekeeping is run by us once a week; we just want you to relax and enjoy. Why the Owner Chose Other Cancun Properties
I chose to buy a villa in Cancun because the weather is perfect and society is always changing. People go and come all the time. Nature is beautiful here. You have one of the best reefs in the world, beautiful sandy beaches and top nudge restaurants and bars. So you have beautiful day time activities and an active nightlife. I chose the villa in the lagoon for two reasons: the sun sets on that side and you get beautiful sunsets and is also quieter because it is not right next to the Boulevard.

It has a big garden with a big pool where children are free to run around and adults can relax. It connects directly with the mangrove canals, an absolute nature treasure. Being the villa one out of eight, one can take advantage from the advice of warm neighbors.

I studied my high school years in Cancun and loved it because you can get all that nature has to offer (scuba diving, desert islands, fishing, reefs, waves, skiing and a lot more) plus it has an active social life with a migrant population. You get to meet people from different places and if desired you can relax in the absolute best place, the beach. I left to Europe to study university and a few years back, whenever I finished, I was ready to come back and establish myself in this beautiful place.
