We have rented this property several times in recent years. We have always found it very clean and well maintained. It is decorated in a beachy motif and all furnishings are very nice. It is located within a small group of similar beach houses on a short neighborly street. It is a very short distance to the beach and to a convenience store which is very handy. It is clear that the owner has a lot of pride in the property as evidenced in how it is decorated and maintained. Clearly a portion of the rental income is put back into the property as it should be. Our only thing we would like to see would be a king size bed in the master bedroon. This is a great place to stay in Port A.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We are just leaving after having a very nice stay at this property. It is a bright and roomy two bedroom which served us well for our 2 1/2 month stay. The location is great--just a block from the beach. The floorplan is great for two couples to share as the bedrooms are in opposite wings of the house and have their own baths. Having a garage was great for our outdoor gear. Just a few suggestions for the owners: The carpet needs updating. We would like to see a bigger table. This one really only seats three but the house will sleep eight. Also we were excited about the fenced yard for our dog but the sand burrs are so bad we could not let him use it. We will be back next year, tho. All in all a nice place to stay.Owner response: Thank you for your review, we will look into the table issue, as well as the yard. See you next year!
