Located at Sunbird, a beautiful, well-maintained, gated beachfront complex. Sunbird is the perfect complex for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. This unit is a spacious A floor plan (largest at Sunbird) located on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the gulf from your balcony.
Sunbird has 3 pools (one heated). The condo is centrally located on Thomas Dr, walking distance to Wal-Mart, many restaurants and night spots. Several golf courses and recreational activities are located nearby.
Bedroom has queen size bed, TV/DVD combo and a big walk-in closet. Large living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 32" TV and DVD player. A twin roll-away bed is stored in bedroom closet. Stretch out in new recliner to read a good book, watch a movie or sporting event. Condo has a desk for your computer or for writing postcards to send back home. Kitchen is fully equipped to make dining in a breeze. Spacious bathroom has a hairdryer and tub/shower combo. There are washers & dryers located in each tower.
Free Wireless internet inside unit. There is are shared patio areas with picnic tables and grills.

Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
We chose to buy a unit at Sunbird after renting there last winter. We loved our time spent in Panama City Beach and really liked Sunbird. We chose the Florida panhandle area becuase it is only a days drive from home.

The property is well maintained. Everyone from employees to guests are so nice & friendly. I walk for exercise daily and a walk on the beach is the best

hometown. Don is a retired heavy equipment operator and Brenda is a retired
customer service representative from an utility company. Our hobbies include traveling, playing in a pool league and fishing.
