The large kitchen has new cherry custom cabinets and granite countertops. Also a granite built- in table/desk with drawers. Newly remodeled bathroom with glass block shower. Large closets in each bedroom. The private courtyard in front is large and landscaped with beautiful flowers in the winter.

I am a retired owner of a civil engineering firm in Santa Clara and my wife is a r retired real estate broker. We love music, bridge, art and our growing family of 6 children and 9 grandchildren. We have spent many years boating on the California Delta and find that the desert is a perfect balance in our lives. We have often entertained the idea of living in desert full-time since we love it there so much.

We chose our PGA West, Stadium-course condominium because of the variety of things to do including plays, lectures, shopping, music, classes, museums, libraries, restaurants and so much more. The property is located between 2 pool and spa sites. We chose our particular condominium because of the beautiful and dramatic professionally decorated home that provides a relaxing atmosphere. With a courtyard in front and the golf course in back with a view of the Santa Rosa Mountains the evenings outside provide a perfect way to end the day.
