Family from Wisconsin with kids who love the beach and nice weather. We have been coming to the Florida Gulf Coast for 20 years and after searching the entire beach front over the entire State of Florida, we fell in love with Panama City Beach and the Shores of Panama. The Shores offers all the amenities of a big resort but is still directly on the beach! There is something to do for everyone and everything is close by. Pier Park is an amazing outdoor shopping mall just 3 miles away.

The Shores of Panama and Panama City Beach is simply the best location you can be on the beach! The New International Panama City Beach Airport to open in 2010.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The most unique benefit of staying at the Shores of Panama compared to any other condo building on the beach is that it offers "Resort Like" amenities and is still located directly on the beach. Besides having one of the largest outdoor pools in all of Florida, there is entertainment on a pool side stage, movies for kids on the beach, and a full service spa on site. The Shores has parking directly next to the building so your walk is short to the front door of the condo. World famous Pineapple Willy's is right next door which has a Blues Bar and a Sports Bar.

Wow! What a great condo

I just want to say that Greg and Nicholle's condo was the best. We stayed in the middle section of SofP last year but booking this condo was an excellant choice. It is very simply decorated- FANTASTIC! no nicknacks and foral displays to clutter up and get in the way. Flat panel TV everywhere if you came to watch the tube instead of looking out of the gorgeous panaramic view this corner condo provides you. The walk from the parking garage comments in a previous post made me nervous....FORGET about it! We all laughed when we got to the condo door. The walk was all the way around but the reserved parking is right by the 5th floor entrance door and the stairs to the pool and the beach are 3 steps away from the condo entry, then right straight ahead in the evening is the elavator to get you back. It was great. Suggestion: if you have a ton of items when you arrive, bring yourself a little red wagon or equivalent and roll it all in. I would definitely book this condo again. We had the chance to stay at this gorgeous property last year! We are looking forward to coming back this year as well. Someone mentioned the walk from the parking garage... I did not mind the walk at all. Once in the condo, to get back and forth to the pool or the beach was an easy trip down a few stairs. And once you do get in the condo... there is nowhere else you want to be. Everything was new and very upscale. As beautiful as the pictures are... they do not do this condo justice. Beds were comfortable! What little time I spent in the kitchen was easy. Everything was perfectly appointed. I felt like I had placed everything myself. On top of all of this, Greg was the nicest owner we have ever rented from. With our convention meeting in Panama City or Myrtle Beach every year for over 10 years now, we have rented from several different owners. Greg went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Can't wait to get back to the beach this year!

Our family has stayed in Greg's condos at Shores of Panama for the last 2 years and plan to continue to come back. We travel to FL every summer and this owner, Greg, is by far the most pleasant, easy to work with and honest owner I've ever dealt with anywhere we've been. I've never met an owner that's main concern is the enjoyment of their customer's stay in his condo and also supplies an upscale condo arrangement for your relaxing stay on your vacation. These things are very important and that's why we always come back. He's wonderful and so are all of his condos. All the condos are upscale and parking is designated and great and easy access to your condo. It is not too far to walk to the end units, if only a few more steps to get to the end unit, well it's well worth it! Wait till you get the view of the "GULFRONT" and then view of the most awesome pool in PCB. Greg will make sure you are completely satisfied because he truly cares about your enjoyment and hopes for a return customer...I can tell you with my experience that has been very hard to find. Stay here...you won't be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was beautifully furnished and fit our needs. The only drawback is that it is a long, long walk from the parking garage. Bringing in groceries was a real hassle unless you could find a cart to put them on. The up side, of course, is that it is an end condo. The view is beautiful! We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Owner response:Great customer service is very important to us and our goal is to have our families return every year. With the parking garage directly adjacent to our condo building instead of across a street, and having reserved parking on the same floor as the condo the walk to the condo is really very short. Being the end unit on the beach, our walk is a few steps longer but well worth the extra few steps.
