Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers you a clubhouse and a pool directly on the white, sandy beach with beautiful, emerald-green water. The resort is located across the street from the beach. Our townhouse is nestled in a large, gated community with 24 hour security and free wifi.
Conveniently located is a pool right off your back porch (heated in winter). There are ten more pools, four tennis courts (two are lighted), shuffleboard, and 18-hole putt-putt course... these amenities are all FREE! Enjoy the provided golf cart to take you throughout these amenities in our 60 acre resort.
You will absolutely enjoy our newly decorated home-away-from-home with beautiful palm trees. Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and large bathroom, new queen mattress set, and 35inch flat screen TV. Your guest will love the spare bedroom also with new queen bed and sailboat inspired decorations.
Downstairs the living room has a 62 inch big screen TV, a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps two) along with a half bath, dining area (seats eight), and a fully-furnished kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen is out fitted with Emerald Green granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pendent lighting. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto the back patio to enjoy the calm and peacefulness, while grilling fresh seafood on the new extra large, 5 burner stainless steel grill, which is tied directly to the gas main for your convenience.
Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Pier Park. Restaurants, entertainment, theatre, bowling alley, arcade, post office, retail and grocery shopping are within walking distance. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Thunder Beach Bike Week Ralley

NO where to grill your fresh seafood?! Enjoy our landscaped back patio and grill! Let's nnot forget the free on site putt putt! We have it all, no need to even leave the complex! So, relax and enjoy our little piece of paradise!
This is great area to do all your shopping. Also has a dunkin donuts, firehouse subs, and some other great eateries!
Located right outside the front beach gate is a liquor store. Drive the golf cart down and park it inside the complex to access all you adult beverages, cokes and ice. Also, they have a drink bar.

My family and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. This was our second year here. Gulf highlands is a great location, people are friendly. Josh was very pleasant to work with. Always emailed right back if I had a question. We will defiantly rent from Josh again.

My family and I just recently spent 5 days and 4 nights in June of this year..there was 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids and plenty of room. The description is spot on... there is literally everything you need right in the condo. It's a very short walk/golfcart ride to the beach, very close to tons of restaurants and shopping..and the big thing for me personally...I wasn't trapped in those giant highrise condos with noisy neighbors. If your looking for a nice relaxing place to stay with the family or friends, don't bother looking elsewhere, you've found it right here. We will be booking again for sure ...Thx Josh

We stayed here in June 2011 for my son's 8th birthday and we all had the best time. It is close to everything and has everything you could need even a golf cart ! I highly recommend this place. We will definately stay there again!

My family and I stayed here in June 2010 and it was an amazing experience. It was in the middle of everything but still quiet enough to keep our 2 year old in. Everything in the condo was nice and clean, and just like the pictures. We were so pleased with our stay. We totally reccomend this condo to anyone thinking about going to Panama City, and we will definately be staying here in the future.

My stay at the condo was amazing. Every thing is there for you to enjoy. The condo is more than you could ask for. The resort is very family friendly. The location is great. I would recommend this as a vacation too anyone. The condo is the best I have ever stayed at in Panama City. After staying there I would not consider staying anywhere else.

I stayed there April 7-11 with 2 adults and 4 little girls and this condo was wonderful. It has everything one could want, including beach chairs and a cooler to use. A heated pool is located behind the unit which came in handy since it was April. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a very nice and clean place to stay. The owner is also very accomdating and great to work with.

What an awesome place! This condo has everything you could imagine to make you feel right at home. All the appliances and the huge grill are brand new. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The television is very big and has a great DVD/VHS player. Though it rained one day of our vacation, having all the condo amenities made it such a nice experience! The resort is gorgeous, the gold cart is convenient (not to mention fun), and there is a pool right next to the backyard! We will definately be back again!

This beautifully decorated condo has a great location. Golf cart made for easy transportation to and from the beach. All aplliances were brand new. Beds are comfortable. Condo was extremely clean. Back patio was great at night for grilling. Stores conveintly located nearby. Would recommend to anyone, will stay here for all future vacations!!!

My family rented this townhouse for our summer vacation july 09. This was a great home away from home place to stay. The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and so convenient to many places. We have definitely put this on our permanent list of places to stay!
