This spacious, newly renovated home sits directly on one of the most beautiful beach areas and sleeps a maximum of six people in the main house with a guest apartment that offers an additional living area, separate from the main house that sleeps up to four. The entire home sleeps 10 maximum.
The front portion of the house is equipped with a sparkling open full kitchen, a separate dining area and living room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Make the most of the indoor/outdoor living and watch the spectacular sunsets from your large lanai or sunbathe on the open deck off the living room. Complete with three bedrooms, it is perfect for families or a group of friends and includes three bedrooms and two full baths. A washer and dyer are also available inside the unit for your personal use.
Let the sounds of the water lull you to sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. Wake to the sun sparkling on the water and the sounds of the beach. Enjoy your breakfast on the porch taking in the daily happenings of beach life. The second bedroom offers twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have in-room TV’s and share the two full bathrooms.
The back section of the house features a spacious kitchen and living room area with a private open-air porch that overlooks the beach. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king bed, with twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience and access to the very private beach area just outside your door.
Free wireless Internet service, a BBQ grill, and off street/driveway parking as well as a large enclosed garage are part of this great home. In addition to all the wonderful renovations inside, just outside your door are seven miles of white sugar sand beach, waiting to be explored by you. Enjoy great fishing right from your own backyard in the Gulf of Mexico. Kayak the waters of Estero Bay, bike the island to explore its beauty or just simply relax and soak up the sun.
This fabulous home is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, the movie theatre and groceries. Catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs for fifty cents a ride. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside nor do we allow any pets to accompany you on your visit.
