Everything was great! The condo was spacious and well kept. The patio door stuck a little at first, but there was someone on the property who knew what was wrong and how to fix it within 30 minutes of our arrival. The property was awesome and we will more than likely return here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Everything in room was excellent as expected. Great Resort. Beautiful and clean. Security was very nice and helpful. Everyone was friendly. Nice Kiddie Pool area. I would have liked them to automatically turned on the stomp pad sprayers for the kids without us having to ask, but overall very nice stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

We spent a week in this fantastic unit once again. Another couple joined us and we had plenty of room for everyone. It is clean, fully equipped and centrally located. Views are the best! The bedrooms with insuite bathrooms are far enough apart that both have plenty of privacy. The unit is large!! I have been vacationing in the Orange Beach area for 20 years and this is my favorite unit to rent.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

If I could use only one word to describe my stay at this 16th floor condo with an east view, it would be AWESOME! The sunrise from the balcony was absolutely breath-taking. The condo was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The decor was extremely nice. One luxury I would have appreciated would have been wall-hung magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, but this will not keep me from wanting to stay at this condo again and again! The owners were very helpful and available when I needed to contact them. This was an experience I will have memories of for a lifetime.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

LOVED this unit!! Check-in could not have been easier. The staff at the property were extremely helpful and friendly. The owners were very easy to work with and gave me all the information I needed. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The corner unit has an amazing view - we saw dolphins every day! Loved the amenities! This was our first time staying at this property, now we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. I would highly recommend this unit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family of four recently stayed here and had a fabulous time. The amenities were great, everything you needed was there and the condo was super spacious! Nicely decorated and great views from the balcony and side windows. The owner was easy to work with, laid out all the details beforehand and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here if you have small children since there is easy access to the beach, a large outdoor pool as well as a nice size baby pool with splash pad. There's also an outdoor pavillion with chairs and tables and grills for the visitors to use day or night.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved the Escapes condo building as a whole! They have an indoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool/play area, and another adult/kid pool. They also had an amazing outdoor grill area with outdoor fireplace. We had a great experience. The condo is great as well! It is a corner unit, so it has lots of windows with great views.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family vacation to Escapes #1601 was fantastic. Check in was extremely easy. The location and unit exceeded our expectations. Condo was all we could hope for and the view was great. The owners were very easy to work with and gave me all the information I needed to know. The amenities were out of this world from the indoor pool to the outside infinity edge pool looking over the ocean to the splash pads for the kids. The beach was fantastic as well. Will definitely be going back to this unit again. This is our new "go to" place. Would recommend it highly!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We love the beaches in Alabama and the surrounding area. Escapes is a beautiful place, that is well maintained and has all the amenities. The unit was very nice. Actually the pictures of the property on the computer did not do the property justice. The unit was much nicer than the pictures showed. The property was well taken care of with the exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. They need cleaning. The owner was most helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family. In fact while there we had some friends come visit and they were very impressed. We were also impressed with the Escapes facility and staff. All was very well maintained and the staff most welcoming and helpful. We found the restaurants very reasonable, food excellent, and the golf courses were very affordable. We loved walking the beaches daily. The Orange Beach area is a hidden paradise with little traffic and beautiful beaches. We were amazed by it all.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The views from balcony and living room are the best of any we have seen in the area. Condo is clean. Much nicer than photos indicate. Has a very wide floor plan and feels much larger than its square footage. So, you don't get that cramped feeling in living area that you get in some condos. Master bath is wonderful with body jets in shower. Large tub also is jetted. Both bedrooms with king beds and plenty of room. Kitchen is good size. The location is ideal. This is a condo that would be very comfortable to live in full time. Nice amentities with friendly and helpful staff. Covered parking is a plus. We will rent this condo again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed in this condo twice now: Spring break 2010 and 2011. We just love it. The east views of the sunrise are spectacular and the full on facing ocean view is incredible. The condo is huge and spacious and nicely tiled in the living areas. We come to the Gulf two to three times a year on average and this is, by far, the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is new and modern with granite countertops and nice appliances. All the details are taken care of, even beach towels and all the appropriate kitchen accoutrements. We tend to cook and eat in when we travel, so we really appreciate the nice kitchen and dining areas in this condo. Having so much room is great! We have room to put up our easels and paint, which we do when the weather isn't beach friendly or if we are too sunburnt. We brought our bicycles and kept them in the condos hallway which is plenty wide if you have a lot of beach toys and such with you. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are immense. Both bathrooms have a separate tub and shower. The tubs are deep and great for reading a book and relaxing. The master shower has four shower heads and is easy to operate. We just love staying here. The balcony is plenty big and has views to the south-ish (beach) and to the east-ish (sunrise!). The building has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a separate shallow children's play pool with a waterfall. There's an exercise room as well. The only little negative is the master bedroom has no windows (the condos in this building have funny shapes and are not rectangular in footprint), but if you are wanting to sleep in of a morning the darkness is great. The condo and the building are kept very clean and neat and the beach service (chairs and umbrellas for hire) are plentiful. Being in the 16th floor is high enough to watch pelicans fly by at eye level (amazing!) but you still hear the waves well. It is also high enough to get a great view of the riding sun. We love having lunch and supper on the balcony which has a nice round table and four comfy chairs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was a wonderful property - very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It had all of the amenities that you could ask for and the location was great!
