  We selected this apartment due to its size and location. We were working for a week and the apartment gave us enough room to have privacy if needed. What we weren't prepared for was the private courtyard/green space. Also the living room windows opened over the courtyard which adjoined other yards which provided a great natural environment. The apartment was well appointed and has the best kitchen by far of any apartment we have rented. We love to cooked and made 4 of 6 dinners that week. The location is great and convenient to almost all parts of Venice. We found the Campo Santa Margarita to have a great "locals" feel due to the high student population in the area, however the apartment was very peaceful. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

  We stayed in this “Nice Apartment with Garden View for eight nights in May 2012, and it exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It is large and light-filled. The main living room has two large windows opening onto a large garden (for the use of the apartment) which provide a pleasant prospect of palm trees and bushes. The main living room had a TV and a Mac computer, very good lighting – track and table-top and a long built-in desk. The “studio” is a wide space from the kitchen-living room outside the bedroom. This area had a good-sized table in it, and we found it very useful for guides, sweaters all the stuff that gets jumbled together in a small hotel room.The bedroom is fine. Two large windows provide plenty of light. One wall has a total wardrobe with plenty of hanging space as well as drawers. A good size table at one end was also good for having a place to set our things. The bed was comfortable. Two side tables with table lamps. The bath has a nice sink and shelves with plenty of space for toiletries etc. The shower stall is adequate, and there was plenty of immediate hot water with a modern apparatus. The kitchen was completely equipped with a full range of dishes, glasses, and every type of pot and pan one could possibly require – all in a contemporary unit including a six burner stove and oven. A large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a new clothes washer (large drying rack) provided all the appliances we needed. Coffee comes via an Italian-style, stove-top coffee maker. Plenty of counter space and a full-sized table. Our host, Marco, was very accommodating. He made sure everything was in order and gave us his cell number to contact him with any questions or issues. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for our stay for two people. The Location is superb! The apartment is a 2-3 minute zig and a zagfrom the very pleasant Campo San Margherita. TThis is one of the most attractive features. Many restaurants, cafes in and nearby. Supermarket off one end. Fish mongers, veg and flower stalls. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for our stay for two people.

  This is a beautiful apartment by a nearby campo with bars, restaurants, and grocery store. Marco was very responsive to email which made us feel more comfortable with renting. The apartment was beautiful and everything was in working order. Highly recommended!

  La casa è bella, luminosa e silenziosissima. Si affaccia su un grande giardino da una parte e su un campiello nascosto dall'altra. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati come a casa nostra e, se possibile, ci torneremo sicuramente.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  It is a fully-equipped apartments (as shown in the images), caring and well located, and which is two steps from the Santa Margarita area, with lots of places to eat and / or drink. The owners are nice and polite person. Despite the proximity to a place usually bustling, the apartment is very quiet. Strongly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a few days in Venice .

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
