The main floor is spacious but cozy with its gas fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy southerly and westerly views of Vancouver and West Vancouver. The fully equipped bright kitchen is warm and inviting, and has a central island for food preparation and entertaining. From this level, you also have access to a walk-out patio where you can enjoy your own private BBQ lunch or dinner.
There is a large master bedroom on the upper floor, that has its own private ensuite bathroom; the two bedrooms on the same level share the second bathroom. The lower level features a den/recreation room, which can be used as a third bedroom.
