Young, like new ''million dollar'' 3500 sq. ft. colonial style home in a quiet, private hillside setting set back from Route 6A in the very sought after area of East Dennis. Water views of Cape Cod Bay and Northside Marina. One mile to the nearby 18 hole golf course, Northside Marina, boat ramps, beaches & conservation lands in nearby Quivet Neck. Just a short walk to the store, the local pub and restaurants.
Cable televisions in almost every room, computer with high speed Internet, fax machine, BBQ grill, 2 Jacuzzis (one in, one out), 2 fireplaces,fire pit outside,basketball court in driveway, outside shower, full kitchen with granite counter tops and quality appliances, linens included and caretaker in a separate building on property. All the amenities an executive would need and more.
We have two families that have come every summer for the past five years, staying for three weeks at a time, and they love it!

4 family vacation, perfect spot for 4 kids and 7 adults. Private home set away from the road where the kids can play safely. Easy access to the main road to explore Cape Cod. The Owner lives on property and makes sure you have everything you need. The home is in pristine condition and has every amenity you could think of. Great vacation and would certainly rent again when we go back to the Cape.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 7 had a terrific time at this nicely decorated, extremely well equipped house. It is off Rte 6A and very quiet with lovely views. We had plenty of room to hang out without being on top of one another, grilled and ate on the deck several nights. The basketball court got a lot of activity as did the hot tub. Jonathan was extremely responsive to our needs and gave us some good recommendations on local restaurants, etc. He even shared some of his garden's bounty with us. Captain Frosty's is always on our list but he sent us to the Northside Marina at the end of Sesuit Harbor Rd (very close by). Both are the quintessential Cape Cod seafood spots, the latter right on the water. We can't make it back this summer but next time we will definitely rent this house. Very relaxing and well located. Our grandkids were 11 and 16 but I think younger children would do just fine here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

13 family members stayed at this wonderful, beautiful home in East Dennis. There was 6 adults and 7 kids, plenty of room and very comfortable. The house has plenty of room for the kids to spread out, the attic bedroom the girls loved and the basement the boys loved. The owner stays in the back house and was there when you need him and also very respectful to your privacy. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants in the area. We would (will) stay here again.
