Foxfire is a gated community. This condo is located on Fox Hollow Drive. It's the best location in Foxfire as the street runs parallel with Red #1 which is located right outside the pro shop & clubhouse. You'll never have to drive to the golf course or clubhouse again!
This is a first floor condo (1600 sq ft)with two spacious bedrooms and a den. It's an end unit so there's an extra window which provides more natural light. There is new tile throughout the condo, with carpet in both bedrooms and several new appliances. The entire condo has just been painted and redecorated.
Sitting on the screened front lanai you will enjoy the landscaped private courtyard. A 1 1/2 car garage is available for your use. Enjoy the bicycles on those beautiful, sunny days. The screened back lanai offers an excellent view as you watch the golfers putt out on #9 Silver. The pool & tennis courts are only a short distance from the condo.

We are Stan & Judy Logan. We are from Louisville, KY and have an independent insurance agency there (Logan Lavelle Hunt Insurance & Wealth Management, LLC). We are extremely fond of Naples and always have a wonderful time while there!
Why the Owner Chose Foxfire
Friends brought us to Foxfire in 2002 and we bought our first condo there that year. We love the community so much that we bought this condo in the summer of 2008. Many of our friends and acquaintances have condos here and we have all had wonderful experiences with renting our units. We know that Foxfire is where we would like to be when we retire.

We especially enjoy the golf at Foxfire but also the close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
