Only a few steps to the sand from our lovely and large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom upper duplex unit in Newport Beach. Great location to the beach, city park with basketball courts, children's playground, tennis courts and a short walk to the Newport pier. At the pier enjoy restaurants, live entertainment, shops, coffeehouses, ice cream and much more.
Our home features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. Two full bathrooms and a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Our home has two covered parking spaces, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and basic starter supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room.
Enjoy year round barbequing from the front balcony with a beautiful ocean view and the back porch for soaking up the sun and relaxing. Come and enjoy our lovely home by the beach and all the wonderful activities it has to offer; but please be advised this is not a party house and loud noise and loud parties will not be tolerated. We love the beach...and barbequing, having family and friends over to enjoy the beach. From the front balcony you have a wonderful Ocean View while barbequing or just sit and enjoy the view and great ocean air.

We've kept the downstairs unit of the duplex open for family and I moved back in 3 years ago and I've been renting the upstairs unit year-round. This year we decided to rent the upstairs on a shorter basis to vacationers so more people and kids could enjoy the beautiful beach we have here. I'm so happy I've moved back. The beach is beautiful and the weather couldn't be better year round. The summer is warm enough to sun-bathe and go in the water, the waves are great and the rest of the year is mild in temperature, no extremes here. Come and see for yourself....
