2 bedroom, one bath quiet apartment on 5th floor of an elevator building on amazing block in Soho on the edge of Greenwich Village. Perfect for a couple with one child, or couple and one more adult. Comfortable beds, full kitchen with new GE appliances, including dishwasher. Bathroom has comfortable bathtub.
Well ventilated with windows and ceiling and floor fans.
DVD player, computer with high-speed internet.
Amazing downtown location, near all subways, near several playgrounds, including Washington Square Park. Fantastic shopping, and eating all over and within steps of building. Many conveniences steps away, such as: pharmacy, Laundromat & dry cleaning, deli, cute cafes & pastry shops...amazing eating around here, etc., etc.
We do not have a television (but do have a DVD player) and can leave DVDs (rented from the NY Public Library) for you if you provide a list of your interests. We can also make you dinner reservations if you need assistance, and can assist you with child activity ideas and baby-sitting options, including our very trusted and experience babysitter (who is a pediatric nursing student!).

We are a couple with one 6 year old child. We are non-smokers, do not drink and lead a quiet life. We live, work and play in the Soho/Greenwich Village area. We are native New Yorkers. We own a family business in the East Village. Our daughter goes to school in the East Village and plays in all the local parks.
Why the Owner Chose SoHo
As native New Yorkers, we always lived downtown. It is a community here, where you know the butcher, cheese store owner, and local fish monger. It is small town living in one of the largest, greatest cities in the world. It is extremely well located, within 2-4 blocks of ALL major subways, Washington Square Park, fabulous restaurants, shopping, and all conveniences such as laundry, dry cleaner, pharmacist steps away from our door. The apartment is located in the back of the building, so it is very quiet. Church bells from the church on the corner ring out daily. We have an elevator, so their are no stairs to climb!

Restaurants, shopping, strolling through Greenwich Village, Soho, the East Village, Chinatown and Little Italy. All these neighborhoods are within a 10 minute walk at most. All major subways (A, C, E, B, D, F & V, 1, 2, and 3, N, R, 4, 5, 6) are within a 2-5 minute walk so you can get uptown or farther downtown, east side or west side within 20-30 minutes.
