Fantastic Condo in the Winter Sports Mecca!

What a great condo! Nestled in the bosom of Utah's ski country, you couldn't ask for a cozier place to spend your vacation. We spent a weekend in early fall there and felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It's tastefully decorated and has all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 9 nights at Fox Bay to ski Deer Valley. The condo is very nice, just as pictured, and has underground garage parking which was much appreciated (especially on the 28" snow day!) Thoughtful extras included plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, Kleenex, and trash bags. Having these items on hand made it much easier to set up house :) Dave also made the reservation process very easy. The location was ideal for skiing from the Jordanelle gondola which is only 2 miles away...with absolutely no traffic en route. Sitting by the fireplace was wonderful every evening (gas - no trouble to build a fire!) We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very convenient for skiing Deer Valley

Our family of five found this condo to be and excellent choice for our Christmas ski vacation to Deer Valley. The condo was cozy, homey and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. My three little kids loved the bunk bed with queen on bottom and single on top. After a day on the slopes we enjoyed the fireplace. The drive across the highway to the gondola up to Deer Vally ski area was literally five minutes and we were able to park right at the door to the gondola building. At night they stored our skis at the gondola base, so it was even more convenient than if we were close to the true base of Deer Valley. One morning the winds were high so the gondola was closed so we had to drive around to the Deer Valley base, but it just made us appreciate the gondola approach more. To drive into Park City for dining or shopping was only 10-15 minutes which was easy. this was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay for our holiday trip.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great retreat for Deer Valley music festival

We love the July/Aug Deer Valley Music festival ... great live music in an open amphitheater watching evening fall over Park City. This time we decided to make a weekend of it, and stayed in Dave's place. Was fun, peaceful, and comfortable. King bed in the MBR made for a wonderful night's sleep, and the family-room/kitchen/dining-room area was comfortably sized for my wife and I and 4 adult children to enjoy meals and hanging around together. 10 mins to any location in Park City, yet far enough away to be totally peaceful overlooking Jordenelle reservoir to the east and bald mountain to the west.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The condo was in immaculate shape and comfortably accomodated our family of six, the area is unbelieveable, and we just couldn't have been more happy with our stay and our experience dealing with the wonderful owners. We will be back.

Excellent accommodation for a family summer vacation! As a family of 4, we found the condo to be very comfortable, clean and inclusive of all to comforts of home. The complex is very quite, making it a great place to just relax. The location is central to many summer activities, which we really found to be very convenient. Fishing, boating, white water rafting, hiking and biking (just to name a few) are some of the activities that are just a short distance from the condo. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, as well. Overall, a great place to stay. When we return to the area again, we would make this condo our first choice!

Great Location and Comfortable

Nicely decorated condo near Park City. Quiet and comfortable with a nice pool, jacuzzi and exercise room. The kitchen has all that is needed to feel at home if you choose to eat in. Comfortable beds and the parking garage were an added plus. Nice views and easy access to ski resorts and Salt Lake City. Wonderful resturants and summer activities at Park City resort for the entire family.

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6, 9 & 11) had a great ski vacation. The Fox Bay condo was clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. The garage parking was a huge plus! We skied at Deer Valley & loved it but condo also convenient to Park City & The Canyons. Also highly recommend snow mobileing at Red Pine Adventures. Thanks Dave!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!

Having spent many a Spring Break in the Park City area this one will truely stand out as one of the best! The skiing was fun, family and friend gatherings were wonderful and our Fox Bay accomodations were perfect. This was an absolutely wonderful property. It delivered everything it promised and more. The beds were comfy, it was very nicely decorated and maintained, very well equipped (although a grill on the deck would be a nice addition) and situated in the most beautiful area of Utah I've ever seen! It was so nice leaving the hustle and bustle of the fun Park City area every day to arrive at the beauty and serenity of the Jourdanelle Park area. The lake was half frozen and absolutely breathtaking. This property is perfectly situated near everything you need and still away from it all! We spent a lot of time in the condo just because it was so comfortable and beautiful. It was a pleasure working with the owner. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. We would definatley recommend this property friends and will probably look to rent it again ourselves.

Deer Valley Condo

This 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable and has a great location. In the master bedroom there was a very lovely king sized bed. The living room has Fireplace which makes it very cozy. The owner was extremely helpful and provided many local tips. I really enjoyed being so close to the Deer valley lift. The Ski rental very close by as well. After a day of skiing its nice to relax in the hot tub near the clubhouse. I highly recommend this condo for any trip to deer valley or park city area. Enjoy your stay in this amazing mountain condo.
