We stayed 9 nights at Fox Bay to ski Deer Valley. The condo is very nice, just as pictured, and has underground garage parking which was much appreciated (especially on the 28" snow day!) Thoughtful extras included plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, Kleenex, and trash bags. Having these items on hand made it much easier to set up house :) Dave also made the reservation process very easy. The location was ideal for skiing from the Jordanelle gondola which is only 2 miles away...with absolutely no traffic en route. Sitting by the fireplace was wonderful every evening (gas - no trouble to build a fire!) We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great retreat for Deer Valley music festival

We love the July/Aug Deer Valley Music festival ... great live music in an open amphitheater watching evening fall over Park City. This time we decided to make a weekend of it, and stayed in Dave's place. Was fun, peaceful, and comfortable. King bed in the MBR made for a wonderful night's sleep, and the family-room/kitchen/dining-room area was comfortably sized for my wife and I and 4 adult children to enjoy meals and hanging around together. 10 mins to any location in Park City, yet far enough away to be totally peaceful overlooking Jordenelle reservoir to the east and bald mountain to the west.

Excellent accommodation for a family summer vacation! As a family of 4, we found the condo to be very comfortable, clean and inclusive of all to comforts of home. The complex is very quite, making it a great place to just relax. The location is central to many summer activities, which we really found to be very convenient. Fishing, boating, white water rafting, hiking and biking (just to name a few) are some of the activities that are just a short distance from the condo. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, as well. Overall, a great place to stay. When we return to the area again, we would make this condo our first choice!

Nicely decorated condo near Park City. Quiet and comfortable with a nice pool, jacuzzi and exercise room. The kitchen has all that is needed to feel at home if you choose to eat in. Comfortable beds and the parking garage were an added plus. Nice views and easy access to ski resorts and Salt Lake City. Wonderful resturants and summer activities at Park City resort for the entire family.

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6, 9 & 11) had a great ski vacation. The Fox Bay condo was clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. The garage parking was a huge plus! We skied at Deer Valley & loved it but condo also convenient to Park City & The Canyons. Also highly recommend snow mobileing at Red Pine Adventures. Thanks Dave!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!

Having spent many a Spring Break in the Park City area this one will truely stand out as one of the best! The skiing was fun, family and friend gatherings were wonderful and our Fox Bay accomodations were perfect. This was an absolutely wonderful property. It delivered everything it promised and more. The beds were comfy, it was very nicely decorated and maintained, very well equipped (although a grill on the deck would be a nice addition) and situated in the most beautiful area of Utah I've ever seen! It was so nice leaving the hustle and bustle of the fun Park City area every day to arrive at the beauty and serenity of the Jourdanelle Park area. The lake was half frozen and absolutely breathtaking. This property is perfectly situated near everything you need and still away from it all! We spent a lot of time in the condo just because it was so comfortable and beautiful. It was a pleasure working with the owner. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. We would definatley recommend this property friends and will probably look to rent it again ourselves.

Very convenient for skiing Deer Valley

Our family of five found this condo to be and excellent choice for our Christmas ski vacation to Deer Valley. The condo was cozy, homey and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. My three little kids loved the bunk bed with queen on bottom and single on top. After a day on the slopes we enjoyed the fireplace. The drive across the highway to the gondola up to Deer Vally ski area was literally five minutes and we were able to park right at the door to the gondola building. At night they stored our skis at the gondola base, so it was even more convenient than if we were close to the true base of Deer Valley. One morning the winds were high so the gondola was closed so we had to drive around to the Deer Valley base, but it just made us appreciate the gondola approach more. To drive into Park City for dining or shopping was only 10-15 minutes which was easy. this was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay for our holiday trip.

Deer Valley Condo

This 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable and has a great location. In the master bedroom there was a very lovely king sized bed. The living room has Fireplace which makes it very cozy. The owner was extremely helpful and provided many local tips. I really enjoyed being so close to the Deer valley lift. The Ski rental very close by as well. After a day of skiing its nice to relax in the hot tub near the clubhouse. I highly recommend this condo for any trip to deer valley or park city area. Enjoy your stay in this amazing mountain condo.

Heber City Condo

This condo is actually located by Jordanelle Reservoir. Is is just a few minutes away from Midway, Heber City and Park City. The location is quiet and away from the Swiss Day crowds. The condo is clean and well kept. We plan to return for another visit in the future.

We had a very good experience at the Fox Bay Condo. It had easy access and was easy to find. The condo was clean and cozy. It also was very quiet, which was nice after being in Park City during Sundance. It was a place to relax and unwind. It was easy to get to the ski area and shopping. Also the snow removal on the sidewalks and roads around the condo was excellent!! It snowed most of the time we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would be happy to return. The correspondence with the owners was good and timely.

My family had such a great time! The condo is clean, comfy, and had everything we needed from a blender to a washer and dryer! The pool wasn't open yet for the season, so we took a 10 minute drive to Kamas and used the community pool which was a HUGE hit with my kids.

Wonderful condo with a perfect location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group! We arrived on Friday and were so pleased with the parking spaces inside and the ski closet. In the beginning, there were five of us and this condo accommodated us all perfectly. It was nice having a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator for the whole trip. The condo is conveniently located across the highway from the Jordanelle lift to Deer Valley, but is also a quick drive to Park City or The Canyons. It's only 30 minutes to get to Brighton or Solitude and 45 minutes to Alta or Snowbird. It's also a fairly convenient location if you're wanting to go up to Snowbasin for the day. I highly recommend this location. The washer/dryer was a definite plus for us. The only thing we lacked was new snow! Thank you very much for such wonderful living arrangements while we enjoyed our ski trip and sightseeing in Salt Lake City. We'll definitely consider it again the next time we're out that way.

Great Family Condo

We stayed in January 2009 and found lots of snow on the ground, however, the side walks and street were always kept clear. Under ground garage for car was a very nice touch. Awesome view over looking the lake! Condo was very clean and upkepted! Owner Dave provided us with all special request. My young kids really enjoyed the snow covered hills around the condo to play and ride their sled on. Condo was close to all attractions. Would stayed here again with the family or as a couple. Perfect size for either. Thank you Dave for everyting!

This is a really nice condo, comfortable and very clean. The location is easy to get into and it is right on the Jourdenalle reservoir. The owner is very good to deal with - I had to shorten my original reservation and he was very accomodating and pleasant. We skied two days in Alta and one day in Deer Valley (opening weekend!) and the condo was well located to make it easy for us to hit the different resorts. Definitely worth renting and Dave is a very nice person to deal with.

My wife and I spent a glorious 2 night, weekend get-away at the condo in mid October. The air was fresh and clear and there was a nip in the air. Everything was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a several walks around the complex and along some trails through the brush. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. We planned to go into town to eat, but instead we purchased some provisions at a store and ate simple meals that we prepared there. It was better for us, and better for our budget. Everything was so nice and relaxing that once we got our groceries, we didn’t get in the car again until it was time to leave. It was a great way and great place to relax and recharge.

What a great condo! Nestled in the bosom of Utah's ski country, you couldn't ask for a cozier place to spend your vacation. We spent a weekend in early fall there and felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It's tastefully decorated and has all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

Our spring break trip

We stayed in this condo for Spring Break and had a fantastic time. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom and so convenient for skiiing. It is across the street from the Jordanelle lift into Deer Valley, and one exit away from the Park City resort exit. We skiied both mountains and had a fantastic time. The only issue we had was with the satellite television which went out for a couple of days. However, the condo came loaded with lots of DVDs for us to watch and the clubhouse has a TV setup for anyone to watch. The hot tub was fun and the pool table in the clubhouse provided fun entertainment for the kids. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting an affordable, great location condo for skiing or other outdoor adventure in Utah.

Perfect place to stay. The condo was in great shape and had all the amenities that we needed for both the adults and our baby. The condo is in the perfect location for a family retreat. We had such a blast playing in the snow around the condo and at the nearby state park. The people were friendly and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable. It was great to be away from the bustle of the ski resorts, but only minutes away when we wanted to partake in the activities. We had a restful and fun-filled vacation and would definitely do it again.

The location was very convenient for catching the gondola at Deer Valley. The building was so nice and quiet-great place to rest after skiing all day. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The owner had great customer service and it was in a beautiful location. We would definitely go back. My kids really liked the bunk beds. Not too far from Park City but worth it for the peace and quiet. Great outdoor hot tub!!!!!!!!

We found this condo to be everything we needed for our winter ski vacation. We have 2 children (ages 7 and 4) and the bunk beds were great fun for them. The unit had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, ski storage, and underground parking. The owner was very helpful and accommodating when planning our vacation. We will definitely be back again.

We expected the best and they delivered. The furnishings were wonderful and the condo in spick 'n span shape. Great appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes, and pans and everything new. Washer dryer came in handy. We've skied Deer Valley 6 years and this was the best value we have stayed yet. At exit 8 on Hiway 40 you drive to exit 4 and turn left for a 15 minute total drive. If you ski blues then cross the highway in 1 minute and grab the Deer Crest gondola and beat ALL the traffic. It was sundance during our stay and even with bumper to bumper traffic one day we still made it in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place for any family or group.

I recommend this property because you have all that you need and you feel like a home. The condo is near the ski areas, Park City and Heber Valley all the places around it are so wonderful. In winter the snow is like a powder. The condo has a gym, pool, hot tube and a play room. We stayed there since december 21th until January 9th and it was a happy and unforgettable holidays
