  This is our second time to stay at Molly's Dune. We had a great time yet again! The house is perfect for our family and is equipped with all the necessary items you need for a beach vacation. Nancy (the owner) is super friendly, quick to respond, and professional. We love Molly's Dune!

  This home was perfect for our family. Clean, very kid friendly. Gated outdoor area so kids could play without fearing they would run out into street. Hammock and outdoor shower were very handy. Large outdoor patio area which could also be gated closed. This was a great plus as our 1 year old could hang outside on the deck with us without being at risk of falling down the stairs. TV in all rooms, white noise machine in all rooms, Wifi. Close to beach. Outdoor grill. Quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to stay!

  We rented Molly's Dune for three months and could not have been happier. The location on Galveston is perfect, far away from the busy downtown and just blocks from the beach. Pirates Beach is the premier spot on the island, virtually empty most days and unlike other beaches it's cleaned regularly so there's no seaweed buildup. The house itself is stocked with everything you could need and Nancy's tastetful decorations set the tone right away. The house has very welcoming vibe to it, we felt settled right away. The neighborhood is more of the same, very quiet and laid back...at night you might feel like the only people there! We have a toddler and a 3-year old so safety is something we look for. There is a childs safety gate at the top of the stairs, so we felt totally comfortable letting our kids play on the deck relatively unattended. The fenced-in yard gave us some breathing room too on those lazy afternoons with a slow cook meal on the BBQ. Since our stay was longer than most we inevitably ran into a few minor issues and this is where the property shines: Nancy was always quick to respond and provide a solution regardless of the issue. It made the whole stay very easy. We've rented homes all over the world and Molly's Dune is one of the best. We'll definitely be back!

  Molly's Dune was a wonderful place for our family to enjoy the beach. It made being there with grandchildren ideal. The fenced yard, outdoor shower and gate on the upstairs deck are all "kid-friendly" features. Having a wonderful kitchen that allowed us to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 adults and 3 children helped make the trip affordable for everyone. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning with coffee or during the day just to read and relax. It was an easy trip down to the beach each day. We usually went down in the morning, came home for lunch, naps, etc. and then back down to the beach for late afternoon. We only had one "run-in" with a jellyfish and the meat tenderizer (that Nancy had advised us ahead of time to bring along) worked wonders. My grandson and daughter-in-law were smiling again in no time. Nancy is wonderful to work with and she just makes everything so smooth and easy. My family agrees that we love the idea of making our stay in Molly's Dune's an annual tradition.

  Molly's Dune is a very well decorated well maintained beach house. I loved the vibrant decor and found the house to be well-equipped. We have two young children (3 & 1) and it was great to have the fenced in area downstairs with the beautiful new patio equipment and grill so the girls could run around and play while we got dinner ready and ate all while enjoying the cool breeze off the ocean. I loved that Nancy had beach chairs/umbrella/toys/bikes all there ready and waiting for us to use! Nancy (the owner) was great at communicating with us, giving us all the necessary details and more, and making us feel welcome in her home! I also think its a great perk to have country club access, though we weren't able to take advantage of it as my girls just kept asking to go to the beach! We would definitely stay here again, next time I'll bring the girls wagon to haul them back and forth to the beach. Its a quick and easy walk!

  Molly's Dune is a wonderful home located in Pirate's Beach! My family and I , two sons (1 & 4 years old) and my hubby, went down to Galveston for a very last minute get away. Nancy was super helpful and her willingness to get us booked made the trip that much easier. She is probably one of the most thorough owners we have ever worked with...down to the very detailed arrival instructions. The house is very cute, nicely equipped and perfect for big or small children. The fenced in yard made our outside play very relaxing and enjoyable. There is even a sliding built in gate on the top patio to keep the little ones from climbing stairs. Overall I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. Thanks so much Nancy!

  This was our second time renting the Seaside Cottage house for the weekend! I gotta say the whole family enjoys and love it and their the ones that wanted to re-rent the same house because it's so close to the beach and it's very relaxing and peaceful. Despite the strong wind on Saturday, the kids didnt get to enjoy the water, but that didn't stop them from sun bathing or just lounging around.. We deffinately will be returning again next season! Thanks again Nancy for welcoming us into your beautiful home!

  The beachy decor at Molly's Dune instantly put us in Vacation-Relaxation mode! Loved the comfy beds - especially the huge master King. The kitchen is very well-equipped; we made several meals at the house and found everything we needed. It was easy to settle in and feel at home. The neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation - it felt very safe for the kids to explore on their bikes and chase down the ice cream truck. My favorite part of the house was the front porch - with a gently breeze & a cocktail in hand!

  Just returned from a long weekend stay at Molly's Dune. This house is lovely, everything is in top shape, clean, new. Loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the breeze. The ocean is not visible from the house, but just a few short blocks to walk to the beach. I cannot recommend it more highly. It is very well maintained, even the flowers in the front and the well kept lawn which is enclosed with a white picket fence. So, it is kid friendly for sure. The lower ground floor space has a great table and chairs for out door dining and a propane grill. It was also nice to have access to the Galveston Country Club, although we never pulled ourselves away to take advantage of that.

  We (4 adults and 4 young children) stayed at Molly Dune for the Labor Day weekend. We had a fabulous time! We did not want to leave. Molly's Dune is beautiful. We loved the bright decor and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We all felt right at home. Everything was just as we expected and more. The fenced yard and upper deck gate was great for the kids. The outdoor shower was also very nice as to not track sand inside. We can't thank you enough for a fabulous vacation.
