Why the Owner Chose Dandridge
This home is a custom built home, designed and built by me. I bought the property because of the million dollar 360 degree, post card view. It really is unsurpassed ! Douglas lake is absolutely gorgeous!! The lake is 48 miles long with 554 miles of shoreline. That's a lot of playing room. Besides that it backs up against the Great Smokey Mountain national park. The views on the lake are never ending...
The Unique Benefits of this Lake House
The house is a custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet style home. Its a large open floorplan with expansive lake and mountain views from every room. The large front deck overlooks the lake with a six man hot tub and seating. The home has vaulted cypress ceilings and imported Mexican tile in the bathrooms. The floorplan lends itself to entertaining with a double sided fireplace that you can also see from the outdoor hot tub. The slope to the water is very gentle for easy access with your own private boat dock for boating and swimming. Also we have beautiful lake side pool with fantastic sunset viewing. This house is a one of a kind !
