Country Manors is a 55+ Private residential development, made up of 450 villas with private roads and 9 swimming pools, 8 are heated. The Villa is a bright spacious 1200 sq feet, backs onto a heated pool and has 2 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Master Bath has a huge tiled walk in shower, toilet, vanity & sink. The Guest Bath has tub/shower combination, toilet and vanity/sink. Floors are all tiled making it easy to clean. The Master bedroom opens onto the lanai and has a walk in closet. The Kitchen is bright and user friendly with all appliances. A large living room and dining room open onto to screened in lanai running the full length of the house which overlooks the pool. There is a furnished outside patio made private with tropical plantings. The carport keeps your car out of the sun and a private laundry room with washer/dryer are attached to the house.

This is a community with year round residents who are friendly and active. The community center has card games, dances, movies, pool table etc -you can be as busy as you want.

We loved it here, only had to bring our suitcase..can't think of anything the villa was lacking. Clean comfortable and decorated with lots of friendly neighbors and shopping closeby
