The unit includes two bedrooms, two baths and spectacular panoramic views of Mission Bay and Riviera style beach. The Pacific Ocean and jetty are just steps away with the Bay at the front door, all connected by the famous Mission Beach boardwalk.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
South Mission Beach was an attraction to me as far back as 1965. I met my wife there and we both still enjoy the beauty and serenity of this location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
the bayside is uniquely quiet compared to the ocean side. Our unit while on the first floor is raised about 8 ft above ground level which affords a great deal of privacy. We also have access to our own balconies which sweep along the side and front of the unit providing more openness and visibility to the surrounding beauty.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Nice bay view (watched fireworks on Sat. night from the balcony). A few hundred feet walk to the Pacific. Condo was very nice. Bay side much quieter than ocean side. Having a parking spot in the building was also great. We would come here again in a heartbeat. Got a great deal by signing the lease in the winter. No hassles. Thanks John. We had a laid back, enjoyable vacation.

This was a very cozy condo with plenty of space. Lots of windows and light. It was in a great location. Being located on the bay side we found it to be much more quiet then the ocean side. The ocean was a very brief walk away and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The best meal we had during our stay was at Lanna Thai and was just a short drive from the condo. Having two bathrooms was a big plus as we could freshen up at the same time. The two spots in the garage were also a big plus as we had friends from the area stop by and they were able to fit a ford F150 in it. The bed was comfy and the place was pretty well stocked. The owner was a breeze to work with and timely with responses. It's a great affordable place to stay that feels more like home.

Spent a long weekend in January. Location, Location, Location. Everything was just great. Views were incredible and being on the bay was just so peaceful. Loved walking the board walk and also being so close to the oceanside . Would rent again and working with the owner was a breeze.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
The views were awesome and the location was the best we have found in San Diego.

We just spent 7 days (Sept.2010) at this great condo. It was very comfortable, lots of space & pretty well stocked. The views were the best ever. You could just walk out the door to the steps & find sandy beach. We took our kayak out & it was so easy. Also rode bikes on the boardwalk right in front of the condo. It was so quiet and peaceful, yet you could take a short walk to shopping & restaurants. You could go to the other side where you find a busy beach of surfers, bikers and rollerbladers. We will definitely go back. Plus the owner was great to work with. Tom & Karen from Tucson, Az.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, comfortable and kid friendly. We loved the calmer atmosphere of being Bayfront and the kids loved watching the fireworks every night. Parking was nice too as you didn't have to squeeze into a tiny carport, but had a roomy garage.

We stayed at this condo last summer and it was outstanding. Right on the bay and walking distance to the beach. Balconies with fantastic views, neat and clean. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from Sea World each evening from the living room! Will come back to this location on our next visit.
