Springville is at the foothills of the Southern end of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and less than a 1/2 hr drive into the Giant Sequoia National Monument. The area offers a championship golf course (River Island Country Club) and it is just a few short minutes away from this guest house. The house offers views of the surrounding mountains, a private pond is on the property and views to the golf course.
There are two patio areas so you can catch the sunrise at one end and the sunset at the other. This guest house is in a gated estate which offers privacy and security and is separated across the property from the main house.
It is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary amenities for cooking. Springville is a central location for Success Lake, River Island Golf Course. the mountains and it boasts the small town atmosphere so, if you just need to get away from the hustle of the city and want some rest and relaxation come for a visit.

Why the Owner Chose Springville
We were thrilled when we found this beautiful secluded location in Springville with gorgeous 360 degree views. We proudly named our "Mediterranean" retreat "Palm View". The property features over 100 palm trees mixed with cypress, roses and native drought tolerant plants. The Springville community is full of wonderful people and some of mother natures finest work can be seen in this area.
The Unique Benefits of this Guest House
We enjoy the seclusion this property offers us and yet it is a short drive to shopping, restaurants, banking, golfing, etc. and many mountain activities. The property sits on several acres and takes advantage of the views of our surrounding foothills and mountains. In April there are two local events that draw large crowds; 1st is the JackAss Mail Run which is a re-enactment of the mail delivery from Porterville to Springville and the 2nd is the Springville Sierra PRCA Rodeo. In October is the annual Apple Festival which draws over 30,000 visitors.
