The sea wall and davits provide convenient boat dockage and access to excellent fishing and diving waters of both ocean and gulf waters. There is a boat launch about 1/4 mile way. Marinas, dive shops, restaurants, groceries, shopping and a golf course are a short distance way. Located in one of Key West's most popular neighborhoods, you'll find a bounty of tropical treats. A quiet residential area but yet within minutes to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street in downtown Key West!
This tropical home features a large open living room, kitchen and dining area with cathedral ceiling. Nicely decorated and ceramic tile throughout. A master bedroom with a king bed and master bath is located in one wing and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a double in the third bedroom which are located in the other wing of the house with use of a second full bath. There is also a port-a-crib (pack n play) and a booster seat for dining for the little one. You will see a water view from every room! All the amenities that you have at home.
Recently landscape grounds have added a wonderful tropical feel to this property.

Why the Owner Chose Stock Island
My late husband and I fell in love with Key West. We felt quite comfortable in this area having grown up on the water of Cape Cod. We bought the home as a "someday" retirement home but sadly my husband (46) passed away in 2002. I was left to run our Electrical Business and put two daughters through college therefore, I have not been able to get down to the Keys as often as I would like to.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
Relaxing, boating, swimming and the beautiful tropical feeling of the grounds is what I enjoy when I am at my home. I love being able to hop in our boat to go for a ride to Mallory Square or fishing on the reefs. I love living in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes drive to the excitement of downtown Key West. I guess you could say that it is the best of both worlds!
