All four bedrooms have their OWN bathrooms. There is also an additional bathroom outside by the pool as well. This is the ultimate property in home entertainment. There is a 65 inch TV in the family room with a Bose Home Theater sound system.
There is a 52 Inch LCD TV in the master Bedroom that also has a Bose Home Theater Sound System. There is a 37 Inch LCD TV in the Second Bedroom with a built in DVD player.
House is equipped with almost a 500 Movie DVD collection for your entertainment. Other two bedrooms have TV's and DVD Players as well. When You are done watching movies, feel free to swim naked in the most private pool area and backyard you can find. There are over 40 Areca Palms with another wall of 25 foot Ficus Shrubs enclosing the backyard.
Pets are more than welcome as there is absolutely no carpet for them to destroy. All the Bedrooms have gorgeous hardwood floors and all the living areas is custom tiled. There are two dining room tables inside providing seating for ten, plus two dining tables outside for an additional ten seats. There is an outdoor bar area with stools as well as a counter in the Kitchen with more stools.
The Pool is heated in the winter months. Outdoor Weber Grill for the ultimate barbeque experience. With over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space and another 1,200 of outdoor living space, you can spend the whole vacation never leaving the property.
But if you do, everything is close by. 15 minutes to Old Naples and 15 minutes to Ft Myers with fantastic shopping and dining all along the way in either direction. Take a drive to the beach which is just a few minute away and one of the most scenic drives through Lovers Key State Park Up through Ft Myers Beach and Onto Sanibel and captiva Islands.

Great for a girls getaway!!! Owners are wonderful and very helpful. House is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Located inside a country club with security at the entrance which makes you feel very safe on the property. The yard is surrounded by tropical trees which make for great privacy without a looming fence. Close to the beach and shopping if you can get yourslef to leave the pool. Doc's Beach House is great for some food and drinks right on the beach. Make sure to see the sunset at Bonita Beach!!!! Great for relaxing and getting away from all the stress in life. Didn't want to leave, can't wait to go back.

My husband and I rented in Florida for the first time this winter and we LOVED this home! The owners were very responsive to any concerns and were always so nice when we had questions. The home was very clean, very large (4 bedrooms) and the private heated pool under the moonlight was awesome! We had our dog with us so it was also great to have a fenced in back area. Spanish Wells is close to all that we love- the dog beach, Barefoot Beach and Doc's restaurant! I would recommend this home to anyone- pictures are very accurate; it has everything you need! Great neighborhood for golf and walking the dog too!
