Why the Owner Chose Jaco
This is the tallest building in Costa Rica. It is also the most luxurious and is conveniently located in the center of Jaco. Close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and of course is on the beach.The 5th floor alows almost constant breezes a spectacular view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Swimming at your doorstep, restaurants and casinos minutes away. Offshore fishing, diving and snorkling and, of course world class surfing. A roost of Macaw parrots are in the mango trees next to the building.
Owner's Map of Jaco
My college classmate, Bob Hanner, and I are avid saltwater fishermen. We have fished up and down the Atlantic from New Jersey to Florida and throughout the Caribbean. That all stopped about eight years ago when we fished the Pacific off the nearby coast of Jaco. We were hooked. In the winter, the sailfish and marlin school offshore and the action is amazing. In the summer when that tails off, the reef fishing starts and catches such as the roosterfish start. We decided to be part of this thriving area, and when we saw the plans for Vista Las Palmas, We decided to buy. Now our friends and I can enjoy the best of all worlds.
