There are both open & a free parking garage, elevators, air conditioning & a short 3 minute walk to shops, open markets and restaurants in Kailua Village. Enjoy the swimming pool which is oceanfront, or soak in the jet spa, while relaxing on the sun deck with a great book.
In the evenings, join your family or friends at the Pavilion for a fresh fish BBQ and your favorite tropical beverage. This is one of the best surfing spots on the island; the break is right in front of the condo which is full on ocean front. You can see all the light and Kona Pier from your lanai. Comfortable, clean, and one of the best views around it what you will find at this unit. A 3 night minimum stay is required /10 night minimum during Ironman & Christmas Season. This is a non-smoking unit.
