Why the Owner Chose Koh Samui
I built the villas two years ago. I chose this location because of the breath taking views of the ocean and mountains. Every thing is at hand. The beach is very nice, it can be shallow on the low tides but have very nice restaurants and bars right on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The villa is very quite with a cool breeze coming off the sea to keep the need for air conditioning to a minimum. The sun rise in the morning is spectacular, as is the full moon shining off the sea. There are hundreds of small fishing boats out at night lighting up the horizon like a small city.
