Rates shown are for up to 10 people. Extra persons are allowed, up to 12 maximum, for $100 per person per day
Rates are subject to change until a signed contract is received by our office.
Once the contract is signed a deposit equal to 50% of the total is due immediately, with the balance due 45 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is made within 45 days of check-in, the total rental rate is due immediately.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Please add 13% Costa Rica sales tax + $50 processing fee to the total rental rate.
Included in the rental rate are: maid, garden and pool service, cable TV and WiFi internet
