The island has a newly renovated golf course that is walking distance from the house, also walking distance are tennis courts, a playground, a covered picnic pagoda, and water views. The island is just minutes from some really close to great beaches. The island has a 24/7 guard gate and has been crime free since I have owned this house.

I am local to the Miami Beach area, have lived in Miami for 20 years. I purchased this beautiful property because of the water front boat dockage, the golf course private island and the proximity to good beaches and to the night life on South Beach. There is subperb upscale shopping just minutes away at Bal Harbor shopping center.
