I am local to the Miami Beach area, have lived in Miami for 20 years. I purchased this beautiful property because of the water front boat dockage, the golf course private island and the proximity to good beaches.
Why the Owner Chose Normandy Isle
The island has a newly renovated golf course that is walking distance from the house, tennis courts, a playground, a covered picnic pagoda, and water views and is close to great beaches. The island has a 24/7 guard gate and has been crime free since I have owned it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house has a Gourmet kitchen, huge deck, wine cooler, pond with waterfall, jungle landscaping, hardwood floors, marble kitchen, hardwood cabinets, and a very natural tropical feel. It is great for parties and entertaining.
