Come and enjoy the tropical breezes of the Gulf of Mexico at PALM PARADISE located at the West end of Panama City Beach. This home has over 2000 square feet and is like new. It is directly across the street from the beach with designated beach access. You could not be any closer unless you were on the beach!! It takes about one minute to reach the edge of the Gulf from the front door. It is truly an ideal location! There are 4 bedrooms, each with a television, and 3 full baths with covered balconies overlooking the beach and pool area. Swim in the shared pool, relax on the balconies, or enjoy outdoor dining in the large patio/pool area which features a bar with barstools under shady palm trees.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the third floor has a trundle bed and a toddler bed. There is also a wet bar on this floor. The living room boasts a 63" big screen television and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is, of course, gourmet, with granite countertops as expected. There is a dining table and bar stools for family dining and enjoyable conversations. This is a very nice home, great location and just entered in the rental program. The home next door may also be available to rent. These two homes would be ideal for family reunions and gatherings.
