This is a freshly-decorated and refurnished condo with new owners. Every piece of furniture and artwork is new. There's a gorgeous, unbeatable and expansive 17th-floor view of the white beach and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Grab some fresh-brewed coffee or a bottle of ice water, open the glass doors to the balcony and wake up to the enveloping sounds of the surf.
Sunlight streams in through floor-to-ceiling patio windows in the living room, plus windows in the main bedroom overlooking the Gulf. This centrally-located unit is one of only nine on the entire floor, and is a generous 1,130 sq.ft. with two luxurious, custom-furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, carpet throughout, ceiling fans, a separate kids bunkroom with flat screen TV and DVD, and a fully-equipped laundry room, all based around a tile-and-granite kitchen with new appliances and a two-door refrigerator.
Strong water pressure from the showers help you wash the sand off after an afternoon on the beach. Pamper yourself with a massage at the on-site Spas of Eden, and then send pictures and updates to your family with your laptop by using our unit's free Wi-Fi internet access!
Amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and a single-entry children's wading pool with fountains and sprays surrounded by chaise lounges--all open at night as well, and well-lit--a 1,500 sq.ft. Gulf-view fitness center with locker rooms and showers, a lounge area and sauna, on-premises security, plus an endless supply of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
The nightlife is extremely active ... sit down for a gulfside dinner at the Sea-and-Suds restaurant, or hop over to select nearby eateries such as The Original Oyster House, The Island Pancake House, Hooters, and Ribs and Reds. The center of town is a just minutes away, providing fast access to groceries and essentials, while The Wharf, San Roc Cay Marina and Zeke's Marina offer charter fishing trips, movies, concerts, shopping, miniature golf, arcades, a ferris wheel, the zoo, and dozens of restaurants. Get some souvenirs at multiple gift shops. Swing over to Waterville USA, Adventure Island and Alligator Alley for more fun for the kids.
To get here from I-10: follow Highway 59 to Gulf Shores, then take a left where Highway 59 ends at the beach. Seawind Condominiums is 1/4 mile on the right, across from Surf Style Souvenirs and Waffle House.

What a great Fall Get-Away to enjoy the Shrimp Festival and all the local crowd! Our stay in your lovely condo was splendid......our uncle from Colorado was really impressed with the view and the beautiful weather. The sunsets and sunrises were an awesome display of God's handiwrok......especially viewed from the 17th floor! Everything about the condo was first rate and nothing was missing that might have been needed. Our thanks to you and your family......

We stayed at this wonderful condo last weekend and had a fabulous time! The condo is absolutely gorgeous! It is very tastefully decorated (not your normal beachy, tacky decorations!) It is completely stocked with everything you would need. The location is close to everything! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and very relaxing! Just what the doctor ordered!!!

I stayed at the condo for three nights in July. It is without a doubt the nicest beach condo unit I have ever stayed in. It's decorated very tastefully, and it's super clean. The furniture is extremely comfortable and would seat a full family and guests easily in the main room. The master bedroom has a bed that might be the softest one I've ever slept in, and waking up just steps away from the balcony is awesome ... just to be able to open the door and walk out to that view is indescribable. I was glad the unit was on the 17th floor, too. It's not too high, but enough to give you that sweeping feeling of seeing everything from one end of the beach to the other. Even the small floor mat on the balcony is nice--it makes a difference to walk on a soft surface before you go back inside; touches like this provide just a little more luxury than you might expect. I appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen. The showers have great water pressure, something not every resort has. I was really impressed with the night life around town, too, there were lots of families out and about at all the shops and nearby water parks and mini golf courses. No complaints about this place. The condo is a dream come true.
