This award winning all-concrete house is perched right on Kehena Point overlooking the beautiful Pacific ocean. Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise. Watch whales in season (November-April), and walk to a black sand beach (clothing optional) where the locals swim with the dolphins. Just a few minutes drive to the current lava flow viewing sight.

You will marvel at the architecture of this home. The unusual round windows provide stunning views from every part of the house. You enter at the middle floor with a living room/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, plus loft area. Satellite TV is provided on every floor. Going up the spiral staircase, you enter the master bedroom and bath with tiled shower and viewing deck. The upper lanai is perfect for star-gazing at night or whale watching during the day. Going down to the first floor is the second bedroom and bath, close to the laundry room and garden with outdoor shower and lawn with lounge chairs for sunning and enjoying the ocean views. Both bedrooms have queen beds with decorator linens. Accentuating the interior are koa and teak appointments and furniture, plus high-end appliances such as Traulsen, Gaggenau and Bosch.

2 bicycles are provided for riding the scenic "Red Road" along the coast. This area of Puna is lush with forest canopies, papaya fields and filled with old-fashioned Hawaiian charm. Just 15 minutes to quaint, colorful Pahoa town with its many great restaurants, boutiques and stores. About 40 miles to Volcano National Park and 45 miles to Hilo.
